Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lake Sevan

_The stay was so perfect and everything was provided and well equipped, especially hot tub was well maintained. _ The host is really kind, friendly and supportive. Whatever and whenever we needed smth, they are always stand by to help like one call away. _The environment is so peaceful and we even got new friends from the next villa. It gave us cozy and peaceful vibes. Overall, we enjoyed a lot there and 100% recommended there to try there if you wanna feel like vacation house vibe. ⭐️🥰

Нам очень понравился дом. Очень аккуратный и минималистичный ремонт в скандинавском стиле, все отлично работает, необходимая техника делающая пребывание комфортным, теплые полы, чистота при заезде... А вид из окон по утрам - это просто восторг, кругом горы и церковь наверху! До канатки ездили на машине, 20-25 минут без проблем. В доме полно нужных вещей и посуды, прерывание было очень комфортным, как дома. Спасибо огромное!

Отличное месторасположение, прекрасный вид с балкона, чисто. Минус - пропускающая любой шум входная дверь, все остальное отлично!

The view is stunning, and the apartment’s location is excellent. On the downside — the bed linen wasn’t fresh, the sofa covers were very old and hadn’t been washed in a long time, the cleaning was mediocre, and there were no capsules for the washing machine or the dishwasher. The terrace was also very dirty — we had to clean it ourselves.

Levon and his wife are absolutely AMAZING! They are the sweetest couple and so welcoming. Their house is a dream house for anyone who likes the traditional Armenian style. In fact, the place is where they both live so its super cosy and you feel totally at home. If you are after luxury, or a super comfortable bed and pillows, this place isn't for you but if you are looking for a place to feel at home, be comfortable, safe, have great hosts and have everything you need + the best location possible in Yerevan, then don't hesitate to book it. The balcony and the view! What can I say - it's almost impossible to find anything like it. Also its important to note we arrived at 5am and Levon greeted us with no problem - he also let me stay in the house until 10pm on my last day rather than midday which was the checkout time. Levon, thank you so much for being such great host. If I come back, which I know I will, I would love to stay at your place again if you let me! I loved staying at this apartment on Saryan. it is very conveniently located and right outside you can find many bars & restaurants & activities. the place was very cute & comfortable, the AC worked great & bed was comfortable. will definitely stay here again 🖤

The place and location were perfect for our needs and exactly as described to us. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Tatev is a great host, friendly, helpful and responsive. We would stay here again.

In dieser Unterkunft haben wir alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten und von einer Airbnb Unterkunft erwarten. Die Leute sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die zuständige Familie wohnt im Nebengebäude. Es ist ein ruhiger, praktischer Rückzugsort, in dem man von anderen Personen nicht gestört wird. Diese Unterbringung empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Un accueil incroyablement chaleureux, une maison spacieuse, des chambres immenses, une table d'hôtes bien meilleure que n'importe quel restaurant... Ne pas hésiter pour une vraie immersion !!

Very clean place, a bit rustic, with interesting design ideas (loved the records!), punctual and attentive host, all amenities as described. Beautiful view from the balcony, where we had breakfast and an evening coffee. For me personally it was a bit difficult to climb the stairs, otherwise all very good.

Чудесное место, даже лучше, чем на фотографиях, нам очень понравилось! Особенно хочется отметить завтраки — вкусно и разнообразно. Также в общей зоне есть камин, рядом с которым приятно сидеть, пить кофе и смотреть на огонь. Все сотрудники дружелюбны и во всём готовы помочь.

The stay at Armine's place was amazing. The room is lovely and clean. Armine and her husband Armen are incredibly kind and she makes amazing breakfast. The location is not far from the city centre. They are very helpful and were giving recommendations and informations. They speak only a little bit English, but you will feel welcomed the moment you step your foot in this lovely place. It truly felt like home.

3GS B&B is the best place we’ve stayed in Armenia! European standards of comfort and Armenian hospitality. The rooms look brand new, quality materials, nice design and comfortable size of rooms and common area. You even get a bathrobe!) that’s a 5 star hotel standard :-) Fully equipped kitchens, local grocery shops in walking distance. Great breakfast with delicious local and homemade supplies - and amazing view of the mountains! Big garden where we enjoyed eating sweet cherries and the best apricots ever tasted, right from the tree. The pool is a big hit of course - especially for the kids, but adults as well ;-) Sandra and Marti are very nice, fun and helpful hosts - it’s amazing how they run the place - haven’t ever seen them sitting down or relaxing (well except maybe for one dinner we had together with other tenants) - always busy working on the property💪🏻 The area around the place is the best for doing hikes (from shorter ones up to all day long), it’s near 2 big Armenian sightseeing spots - Garni temple and Geghard monastery. Both are well worth the visit!

Потрясающее место среди гор и поблизости к озеру Севан. Точно рекомендую тем, кто хочет погрузиться в культуру страны и пообщаться с местными. Сам дом окружен фруктовым садом, где можно проводить время на чистом воздухе. В доме есть все необходимое для проживания, удобные кровати, можно заказать домашний завтрак и даже трансфер до озера Севан! Для тех, кто приезжает на машине есть парковочное место, что очень удобно. Большое спасибо семье Торгома за такой теплый прием, с удовольствием приедем снова! Highly recommended!

Torgom was absolutely the best host I've ever met! An amazing and cozy place, I felt at home. I was lucky to also meet his parents and brother, who are wonderful people! I was treated very well and they were always available quickly for everything I needed, they helped me with my route, with all the information, necessary, suggestions about the region and Armenia in general! Not to mention the delicious meals that his mother prepared and I had the opportunity to be part of it! I'll be back for sure, I highly recommend it!!!!
