Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lake Sevan

Мы очень довольны что остановились в этой квартире. Это было в двух минутах пешком от центра наших интересов , поэтому было суперудобно. Квартира хорошо оборудована мы нашли все что было необходимо. Удобно что есть стиральная и посудомоечная машины. Хорошая кофеварка Delongi. Все комнаты оборудованы кондиционерами(не пользовались) Короче через несколько дней мы обжились и чувствовали себя как дома. Наринэ нам очень помогла в трудных ситуациях: Во время нашего пребывания несколько раз отключали свет и один раз газ. Как мы поняли , такое бывает в Ереване. Нам помогли запустить электроприборы и газовый котел после отключения. Из-за изменений дня отъезда нам пришлось продлить свое пребывание и Наринэ и тут нам очень помогла, несмотря на то что у неё были другие планы. Выберем ли мы эту квартиру ещё раз ? Да, безусловно. Расположение отличное Вокруг куча ресторанов Поблизости два супермаркета. Если никуда не хочется идти то продукты первой необходимости можно купить прямо в доме

Мы замечательно провели время в квартире Кристины. Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям, очень светлая и уютная. Отличная терраса, с которой можно смотреть на город. Довольно шумно, если открыть двери на террасу. В спальне шум не мешает, там тихо. Огромный телевизор для просмотра фильмов. В доме есть небольшой магазин с продуктами и овощная/фруктовая лавка. Рядом кафе-столовая с хорошей едой и выпечкой.

Arpi's place is a very good option if you enjoy the raw aesthetics of loft places. It has everything you need and more. One thing that I really want to point out is that there's a balcony and the views from it are very peaceful and calming. I personally enjoyed working from it a lot. There were some difficulties with routing the delivery couriers to the entrance, and the place itself being in a building with no elevator at the last floor. However that didn't make my trip any worse as I'm a bit used to that in Armenia.

Zitta’s home was as described. She was responsive throughout our month-long stay and she accommodated all of our requests. Would recommend her place if you’re looking to stay in the center of the city with close access to the city’s offerings.

We had a great stay at Ara’s apartment . Beautiful clean, modern apartment with all you need. Excellent central location. The street is quiet, so you can get a goodnight sleep. Hot water is available at all times. Although we didn’t use the pool, but it was a great addition to the apartment. I will definitely recommend to stay at Ara’s apartment.

Super-quiet apartment in the center of Yerevan. Eric is an amazing host! Also, there were rainy days during my stay and having an umbrella in the apartment was a game-changer for me!

100% recommended!!! A little tip: Make sure to take everything that you need with you, because the market is quite far. Now the review: First of all the host was very friendly and responsive. He promptly and kindly answered to all of our questions. The house was as in the pictures. Though the road to the village was a little difficult, but not impossible even for sedan models. And it was worth it. No other houses around, just the amazingly beautiful nature, only the sound of the birds. All of us enjoyed the stay. If I had chance I would stay there for months.

Хороший дом недалеко от центра Еревана. На такси без пробок минут 10. Рядом метро, супермаркет и торговые ряды. Жили 10 человек, все прекрасно поместились, даже остались свободные места. В целом понравилось, приехали бы ещё. Первый день было холодно, но потом дом прогрелся и можно было ходить хоть в шортах-футболке даже при -10 на улице. Хозяин сразу отреагировал, достал дополнительный обогреватель для комнаты без отопления. Но немного о минусах. Берите сразу все тапочки, дом не настолько чистый, чтобы ходить в носках или голыми ногами. Посуду тоже пришлось всю перемыть перед использованием. Слышимость довольно сильная. Если в столовой кто-то громко разговаривает, то, по крайней мере в двух комнатах на втором этаже, всё прекрасно слышно. Из приятных сюрпризов - стабильная горячая вода. Нечасто встретишь в Армении. Обычно очень тяжело настраивать душ на идеальную температуру, здесь всё отлично

Great apartment in a lovely, upscale location close to Victoria Park. Sona and her family were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

Our recent stay at Khachik’s was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by this colorful and vibrant winter palace in the silver world. ❄️ The huge yard was an absolute dream, especially for our dog who had the time of his life running around and exploring. we truly appreciated how welcoming the space was for our furry baby. The interior design was the cherry on top. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The layout was perfect, and we loved how functional and aesthetically pleasing everything was. Our host Khachik made our stay even better. He is incredibly responsive, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

What a lovely home! Super close to some fantastic restaurants and the best of what Dilijan has to offer. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our family of 4. Arevik is a delight to communicate with: she was responsive, helpful and highly accommodating. Would recommend this home in a heartbeat!

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

Всё прошло отлично, Вахан лично встретил нас и всё показал, несмотря на то, что из-за задержки рейса мы приехали посреди ночи. В квартире есть всё необходимое, удобная кровать. Единственное, бывает шумно вокруг (на улице или в других квартирах). Поэтому, если вы привыкли спать в полной тишине, лучше возьмите с собой беруши – в них было замечательно

Спасибо большое за тёплый прием апартаменты были на высшем уровне всем советую, хочу выделить отдельно отличный высокоскоростной интернет, локация просто супер всё в пешей доступности однозначно вернёмся к вам снова.

Wow! Not sure where to start. Svetlana was an incredibly responsive, genuine, and warm host. Her adorable apartment in the middle of the city was a gold mine! It was an absolutely amazing location walkable to everything in Yerevan, including restaurants, shows, historical sites, concerts, you name it! She was so amazing at communicating with me for all the needs of the four of us ladies staying at her charming Airbnb. I feel so lucky that I found her spot after searching for so long. All the amenities were there, it was clean and comfortable, phenomenal location ( truly- you cannot get better than this spot) and she was fantastic. We had such an amazing time and we’ll absolutely return to her Airbnb when we come back again next year! If you’re a history lover like me, you will LOVE this gem of an apartment!
