It shares a 4-acre wooded lot with a 1 bd/1 ba cabin (rented separately) and tennis court, outdoor sauna & hot tub, stretching/exercise room, & walking trail. One bed is king-sized, one is a full. Plus there's a futon in the living room. A one-room bunk house (3 bunks) available to rent, too. Downtown Nisswa & Paul Bunyan Trail just 1 mile away. DOG FRIENDLY! The Norpine House is a newly renovated home completed in Spring 2023. It is located next to Gull Lake, between the three Big Championship Golf Resorts and less than 15 minutes from over 20 restaurants, Nisswa and Baxter! 4 bedrooms (11 beds), 3 bath and can sleep up to 16 people. With a modern feel and spacious layout, the house is built to accommodate all groups - bachelor, bachelorette, golf, ladies getaways, fishing, winter sports and multi-family groups.
