Beachfront holiday rental in Lake Superior

The place has everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. The place next door did not have any guests so we were lucky and had the beach for ourselves. The host was super friendly and very responsive. Would recommend!

This is a wonderful off grid get away. We did a winter trip and pulled sleds with skis. Brought in water, coffee, and food. Made fires in the stoves for heat, and had a couple great saunas with cold plunges in the lake. Everything required work which is what my group was looking for. Wood to split, fires to feed, and lanterns to see at night. Close enough to ski back to the car and head to Ely anytime we wanted. Would recommend for unplugging from the busy world. Still had cell service if needed, but we stayed on airplane mode for the most part.

Mesmerizing place on the mighty Lake Superior! This was our second visit to this property and we are going to keep coming back. The view from the house is breathtaking, water is so pristine that you'll want to keep staring at it for hours. You cannot expect anything better in any property in terms of how the place is maintained, stocked with food and everything you need in a home. It was our time for checkout but no one could leave so we requested Danielle to extend our checkout time and she let us stay for over 6 ours. We are very appreciative of that but still had a hard time leaving. We are going to come back again...and again... If you're in Upper Michigan, this is the place you must stay at.

We had a very fun time and Keith and Sara were helpful when we had any questions. The area is beautiful and canoeing on the lake is a must!

Kelly was a great host! Super responsive! The space was perfect! Everything was clean, comfortable beds, beautiful views! It was such a nice space for us to hang out with our kiddos after long days of hiking. We would definitely stay again!

This is 3rd or 4th time we have stayed at Bailey's and loved it. The house is beautiful and she provides tons of ammenities. Love sitting on deck looking over the lake and watching the geese with their babies, ducks and babies and plenty of Eagles.

We really enjoyed our stay here. David was nice, super helpful and responsive and his dog is so cute and friendly. We also enjoyed canoe and kayak, which are free and enough for 5 people. Also, the view from house is really beautiful with lake view. Firepits and barbeque grills are easily used and again they are free, including unlimited firewood! We highly recommend this place to stay!

This house was exactly what we were looking for when booking for my bachelorette trip. It was private, relaxing, and was surrounded by beautiful views. Unfortunately it was not warm enough for the pool during our stay, but the hot tube and sauna were amazing. The cliff at the water’s edge was even better than the pictures. Cheryl was always on top of responding whenever anything came up, or for any questions we had before and during the stay. She was an amazing host, and I would definitely stay here again when going to the UP.

On both nights of the stay, host reached out to let us know if we stepped outside we may be able to see the northern lights. Before the stay, had several lists of recommendations and things to do in the area. Quick response time and very friendly. The condo is in a beautiful, serene location that is perfect to escape to.

Breathtaking views for a lovely winter getaway! Plentiful surroundings for snowshoeing along the lake, through the wooded yard and enjoying deer sightings. Hugh was always responsive and friendly.

We had an excellent stay at the house! Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walking across the street to eat at the club. The area is beautiful and we can’t wait to stay here again.

The place was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some. Also, it is incredibly close to one of the alpine ski lofts for Giants Ridge (literally right across the street). We will definitely stay again!

This place was absolutely gorgeous! We were so happy with our stay & would love to stay again. The view alone was worth the price. We would happily just sit on the patio & listen to the Lake Superior waves. Everything was clean & organized. We had plenty of room for everyone.

This Airbnb was great. Had everything that we needed within a beautiful condo space. Access to the lake and hot tub was great.

Bridget's place was spotless clean and the condo has a great view of Lake Huron. Check-in was easy and property manager Carol was very responsive to our questions. Bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with toiletries that made our stay easy. Will definitely stay there again!

We loved every single minute ❣️❣️❣️ It was our son’s first camping experience & he loved it!! Outhouse was the cleanest one I’ve ever seen. Thank you for hosting us! Hope to return in the summer when we can swim!!

Serenity on the water. Beautiful location with all the comforts of home. James was great at communicating how to get in and directions to the property. We are looking forward to coming back in the future.

It was a very nice and quiet place to relax after a day of sight seeing. I wanted a place near the water and the deck was the perfect place to do that. It was really nice to have a fully outfitted kitchen. We hope to visit again soon.

Amazing location and friendly hosts. The best beachfront in the area. private location at the end of a private road. Beautiful BNB, nice architecture. Big kitchen and communal space.

What can you say? This home has a gorgeous private black sand beach in a small cove directly below the house. So beautiful and peaceful, especially at sunrise and sunset. The house itself is lovely with very nice linens and super comfortable beds and pillows and a charming cabin vibe. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is fantastic- near Split Rock lighthouse, Tettegouche and Gooseberry Falls. The communication about how to check in and what amenities are available is incredibly detailed and helpful. We would love to stay here again!

What a wonderful weekend we had in Marquette celebrating my son's NMU graduation with family. This unique home feels inviting, warm and cozy and the location and setting are absolutely gorgeous offering stunning water views of Lake Superior. We were fortunate to see an eagle too. The privacy it offers was peaceful and the special lookout viewing areas to enjoy the lake were well planned as well as the relaxing sauna, indoor & outdoor gathering areas, wildlife including birds & squirrels, a pond and the beach & rock formations as well. Located a short drive to town and in close proximity to the great hiking areas and water falls too. The host was lovely, very responsive, and informative. Our family so enjoyed this special home and our visit to Marquette and many cherished memories were made!

Danielle was very responsive to inquiries through the app. The cabin was clean and well furnished with modern appliances and a lovely gas fireplace. The water levels on Lake Huron were disappointing since it was so low, but that was no fault of the host. The cabin is a great place to make a cozy retreat or use as a base for UP exploring.
