Chalet Bärenegg is wonderfully embedded in the landscape of the Bernese lakes and mountains. Inside it is small with little storage space, but it has pretty niches to linger outside: two seats with a grill, outdoor sauna and for the little ones a lawn, sandbox and slide. Experience Switzerland in the Victorian era! Your apartment was originally built in winter 1864/65 for the clockmaker Zurbrügg in Aeschi am Thunersee. We have furnished the attic of the classicist wooden building for our guests: a large living room with kitchen, a bathroom and either 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms with double beds. Some furniture comes from the construction period, other carpentry works are historically invented and newly built...such as the blue front door.
