This family friendly home features 3 levels with the main living area on the top floor, accessible from the front entry and parking area. Play shuffleboard, darts, and foosball, splash into the lake on the water slide, paddle into the sunset, dock your boat, or relax in a hammock or lounger.

Come take your shoes off and sit by the lake. The Sunshine Cottage is ready for 4 guests to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful back deck over looking the lake. You will have waterfront lake access, a dock to swim or sit to enjoy the view and a back deck that is perfect for relaxing. You will be minutes from River Wild and The Eagles Nest at Tillery Tradition golf course, and all the amenities the Uwharrie National Forest offers. Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation on the cove.

Peaceful high rock lake front cottage !

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. High rock lake front very secluded area of the lake. Private pier and floating dock. We are on a shallow part of the lake at times if it’s dry enough or damns open out pier can be on the ground. 95% of them time we have good water. There are outside cameras and they are off during your stay, but if it makes you feel more comfortable, we leave the blink module in living room you can unplug during your stay just plug back in when you leave.
