Amazing location, extremely clean and spacious home, backyard was spectacular. 10/10 would recommend, Timothy was also very helpful with everything. If you’re coming to Wilmington, I genuinely can wholeheartedly recommend Timothy’s home.

Our stay was great from beginning to end. Host was very responsive with any questions I had. Space was great for my fur baby it was perfect for him. Will definitely be visiting again!

My family of 6 had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property for a family vacation. The location of the property is perfect-15 minute car ride to Broadway at the beach, close to tons of restaurants and walking distance to the ocean. April was very responsive in the property was very clean. The beds were comfortable and my four boys from 15 to 5 years old thoroughly enjoyed the game room.

Jennifer was a great host and responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay in her clean one bedroom apartment. It was peaceful and relaxing.

We loved our 3 night stay at this beautiful home in downtown Wilmington! The space was just as described: clean, spacious, comfortable, and peaceful. We had all the amenities we needed, and we walked into downtown and back easily. The neighborhood is full of historic homes and, although located close to the highway, very quiet in general. It was real warm and muggy during our stay so we did not get to take advantage of the side patio, but we were cool and comfy inside. We would recommend this home to friends and stay here again, for sure!

The house is gorgeous, and ideally located. I was able to walk to restaurants, and down to the river. It was fabulous. I loved it.

We had a great stay at Wes’s place. It was a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. The house was the perfect size for our two families with two kids. Wes was very responsive and there was all things beach for us to use!

We had a blast staying at Richard's place when visiting family in Myrtle Beach. The home was well appointed with everything you could possible need for a stay. We especially enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and sitting down to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the mornings from the espresso machine. If you have kids, they'll love Richard's place. There are games and movies that will keep them entertained your whole time there. The pinball machines were a nice touch that both kids and adults can enjoy. I especially enjoyed watching my wife displaying her pinball skills like she was back in her arcade days from high school. I definitely recommend Richard's place and would stay here again when in Myrtle Beach!

The Seahorse Castle was perfect for 2! Clean, plenty of dishes and kitchen must haves, a soakable sized tub, decorated with beachy vibes, and just as described. If you have 4x4 I recommend Fort Fisher to drive out and set up on the beach. We had an amazing time, ate good food, heard live music, went to CB market around the lake Saturday morning, and can’t wait to return! Jeanette’s place will always be special to us, we got engaged! 💕 Kelly & Pauly

The view the view the view! Listen to the beach your whole trip from your balcony. Comfortable, clean, convenient location, private and quiet! Excellent unit! We travel a lot and this was our favorite vacation spot ever!

My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay! Lisa is a great host and she made us feel very welcomed! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything you could possibly need during your stay, from various tea flavors to beach chairs. The area is very quiet and beautiful, only a short drive to historic downtown and about 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Wilmington! Everything was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. The microwave is in a bad place. It would be better on the counter. Beds were very comfortable.

Perfect location! Just a few steps to the beach on a coded private walkway. Within easy walkable distance to the boardwalk for us & our small dog. Britts donuts has always been one of my favorite places! Condo was very clean. The king bed was really comfy. Amanda messaged after we checked in to make sure everything was going good & that we didn't have any issues with anything. I would highly recommend this condo.

I really appreciated the quick responses to my questions/concerns. We really loved our stay and were not ready to go…But we would definitely stay again.

The view was beautiful and Kristen was a great host. My husband had a kidney stone attack the day before we left and she was willing to work with us if we had to stay another night but he felt well enough to leave the next day as he had a doctor‘s appointment scheduled the next day. The view was spectacular!!

As soon as you walk in the door you see the amazing view of the ocean through the wall of glass doors onto the deck. The decor was very “beachy” and absolutely beautiful! Bathroom was clean and functional. Bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Just like home. Close access to the beach which we used 6 of the 7 days we were there. And right next to the pool! Extremely easy to find and to easy to access! Close to many restaurants! Book of instructions, favorite restaurants and things to do. Also a guest book that many who stayed there left great suggestions for food and fun. Our son and daughter in law stayed here in 2022 and recommended #501. We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation / graduation trip at Stefanie’s beautiful condo. We had plenty of room and everything we needed without having to bring so much stuff with us. The porch was our favorite place to hang out with the absolute most beautiful views ever. It was wonderful to be able to walk a few short steps to our condo to the beach. Many memories made!! Also, everything was clean and beautiful. Stefanie checked on us frequently, and she was always super helpful and responsive! Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back!
