Private suite holiday rentals in Lakeland

This was an ideal vacation I was looking for. From the location, to the clean interior of the room, the privacy, the peacefulness and quiet. It was 10/10. I enjoyed my time and hope to get them again.

Bob and Liz have created the ideal space for the traveling doc! I work the night shift and the unit is very quiet and conducive to sleeping during the day. They were so concerned about providing a quiet space that their regular guests offered to book their stay at another time! I will certainly look to stay anytime I’m in Tampa.

Rented this place when I had to attend a event near Orlando. It was a little off the beaten path but timeframe wise it was decent “about 30 min” to the heart of the Disney parks. A good deal from someone that wants a little more like a kitchen and a actual sitting area aside from the beds and tv but also want a affordable option. It really makes no sense paying ridiculous Disney hotel prices when you’re just going to spend most of the time out and about.

absolutely fantastic unit! very quiet, in a very nice neighborhood, and a quick commute to anywhere i went in tampa. bref and sarah were fantastic hosts. i highly recommend this property to anyone visiting tampa that wants to be close to all the action, without actually be right in all the action. loved it, and would absolutely stay here again!

Marlene's place was so wonderful, just what me and my partner needed for a quiet vacation visiting family nearby. Comfy beds, well maintained pool, and clear communication from the host made this a place I would come back to in the future!

100% recommend. Exactly as pictured and a great deal for the area. Only notes- the shower is very small. I was fine, but if you are more plus sized, it might be a concern. The weekend was great, but the train was real loud at 6am on Monday morning. Not sure if that’s a scheduled train or we just got lucky over the weekend. Overall it was a great stay. Super close to the soccer fields we were in town for!

Lindsay was a fantastic host and gracious with me during airline delays and cancellations. She went above and beyond many other hosts to make sure the stay was easy and pleasant. She greeted us as we arrived and showed us around, you get the entire upstairs with enough amenities to keep me comfortable even while working remote for the week.

Great and recently renovated place. I felt really comfy. A big plus is that it has modern air conditioners, which are quiet!

This was our first experience at an Airbnb that we purchased ourselves and it was a great choice. The instructions were very clear, rules were simple to follow, our host was very friendly and responded quickly, and the place was spotless! If I'm ever in Tampa again, I hope we get to stay here once more.

We had a lovely stay! Everything was very clean, well organized, and exactly as shown in the listing. The space felt cozy and thoughtfully prepared. The host was kind and very responsive. My dog and I truly enjoyed our time and would gladly return!

The location was close to everything so that was very convenient. It was not hard to find so that was nice because I always get lost for some reason. The place itself is very clean and well kept reminds me of the tiny homes we’ve stayed in in the past, nothing bad to say about this place.

Peter's home was perfect for the 2 of us and our pet. Very clean, a peaceful, quiet neighborhood in a nice area. Close to downtown and the West Shore area. Peter had good coffees awaiting us, and good amenities for the stay. the bed was very comfortable. A great place to stay in Tampa.

The place was perfect for our little getaway. Clean and easy to find with clear instructions! Marlen was the perfect host!

I stayed at many airbnbs in the Tampa area and this is probably one of the top two, Top one if you consider the parking.

Very beautiful and well decorated

The very private two (2) bedroom guest suite with one bath & TVs in each room was exactly as shown. Very clean, attractive and comfortable. Similar to interior hotel rooms with no living room but had a hallway, mini kitchen, coffee island and car parking in the garage. Mini fridge located in one bedroom with full size fridge and washer & dryer in garage. Overall, a very good fit for our needs with short 1 mile drive to get on 275 to our visiting destinations. Would rent again.

Adrian’s hospitality was phenomenal. I could have asked for a better responsive host. If your looking for a quiet, private studio away from home I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful and peaceful, has a very nice zen vibe. The yard is like a paradise retreat filled with beautiful flowers and plants. The lake is beautiful and you can’t beat the views. Perfect place to get away from all the noise. Ernie is an amazing host, very friendly and helpful!
