Great property just a few miles from Disney, great location as no need to use the I4 to get into Disney. Hosts were always quick to reply and very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional host and team. I would 100/10 recommend renting from Susan. In fact we have booked again for next year with her. The house was exactly as described and if we needed anything it was delivered ASAP. Location was very quiet, good walking area. Community area is nice, good gym. We spent hours a day by our pool, the backyard had several trees so the birds were plentiful.

the place was beautiful. the pool and spa tub was great only thing is the hot tub had brown stuff coming from the jets when it came on. the bathrooms are beautiful but the sink was stopping up. the rooms was beautiful but the master bed room lock was broken so I couldn't access the pool area from my room. no biggie because the back door was literally right outside the master suite. the bed was really hard and once I got back home I needed a spa day because my body was aching really bad. other then that I love the place and would book again once they get better beds in the master suite and the other queen beds the twin beds was really soft. I love Orlando homes so I'll be back

Our Stay was Fantastic ! The house was set up perfect for a big family , it had so many extras that we were not expecting ! The community is close to everything you would want to do, but with such an amazing house you wouldn’t have to leave the house ! We are so glad we found this location for our trip ! We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb property! Although we weren’t initially planning a vacation, an unexpected emergency at home led us to seek a place to stay, and we were so fortunate to find this gem. The house had everything we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the heated pool, which was perfect for our daughters—they absolutely loved it! We are already looking forward to returning during the summer to fully enjoy the resort-style amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Balmoral Manor. The communication was excellent, and both the check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The property featured beautiful theme decorations and was very well-stocked, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We had a memorable and joyful stay!

The home decor was a perfect mix of modern glam and Disney magic! This home is a MUST when planning to visit Disney World! With it only being a couple exits away, we loved having the Disney feel and the privacy of the entire home to ourselves! Nida was super attentive and available throughout our entire stay. Our group ranged in ages from 2-40+ and everyone had a great time staying here! The private pool and spa were perfect for our days off from the parks! The home offered so much entertainment whether indoor or outdoor and had everything our large group needed! What a wonderful home and host, truly!

Highly recommend Melissa's place. It was spacious, super clean, and cozy. Beds were comfy and the AC worked really well (my biggest complaint about Orlando AirBnBs). The house was very well stocked. The pool was big and we really liked that they had swim floaties for kids available to use. Super close to the Disney parks. Around 15-20 min drive from driveway to parks. Neighborhood ft very safe. We come to Orlando frequently and would definitely look to stay here again!

The host was great communicating with us and was very accommodating. This house is perfect for larger groups. We stayed for a guys golf trip and everyone getting their own bedroom, king bed, and bathroom was great. The pool area and hot tub are great. The movie theater and game room was a nice touch also.

House was just as described. It was clean and comfortable. Scott was very responsive and aimed to please! We would definitely consider this house for another stay!

Mike / Mikayla were great hosts ! We absolutely loved the place it was just as it looked in the photos and more. So much space and it was absolutely perfect. Anything that was wrong Mikayla went out of her way to be responsive and notate. The pool was everything we expected and we absolutely loved the place. My only regret is not staying longer. If they will welcome us back we will definitely rebook. If I had to make any complaints I will say there wasn’t a high chair as listed but instead was a playpen at the place. Nothing we couldn’t work with though, really loved the place. Hoping to be back asap.

This was the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was very clean and it actually felt like a home away from home. The home is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. Ryan was a great host. His instructions were very helpful. The house was warm and inviting. The kids had a great time in the game room, pool and even the Star Wars bedroom. We would definitely return.

The house looked just like the photos. The kids loved the theme rooms. They were nicely decorated. All the rooms were beautiful and the outdoor furniture was very nice. The house was across the street from the clubhouse and the kids loved the lazy river and small kiddie area they had. Renata was very responsive.

Elaina’s home was beautiful and the location was great if you plan on going Disney just a few days than lounge the rest, the water park is great to keep the kids busy and give parents some time to relax

Booked this place for me and my 2 work buddies for a 3 night work session and it was amazing. They were very responsive to all my questions. When i come back with the family i will definitely rebook this place if available!! Clean, quiet, safe, peaceful, and makes u feel right at home!!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Orlando! The house was very clean, and the check-in process was smooth with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The pool was a definite highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day out, though it’s worth noting it’s not super private as it’s close to neighboring homes. The space had all the basics, but be sure to bring your own essentials, as it’s lightly stocked with just the minimum. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Loved our stay here! The pool door handle broke and Carlos had someone come fix it within the hour, as well as got us pool lights so we could swim at night! His team was 10/10 responsive! We never heard the neighbors or had any issues. We can’t wait to come back!

Frances’s place was just as described and looked exactly like the photos. It was great to start our vacation some place where we felt immediately comfortable. Her housekeeping team did a great job with the clean prior to our arrival. A previous guest had stained the carpets, but it didn’t negatively affect our time there whatsoever. It was a short walk to the clubhouse, however given it was spring break and incredibly busy there, we opted to use the private pool instead everyday, which we really appreciated having! We felt safe and secure in the neighborhood and hope to stay again sometime in the future.

We appreciated the activities that’s were available at the house! Half of our group would stay behind during the day and go to the parks in the evening while the other half would go to the parks. It is a quick 25 min drive to the parks. Definitely was great to have many rooms for the whole family to spread out and get some space during the week. The trash pick up was great with a big family group.
