The house consists of an open space with kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

Neradou House is a beautiful old ground floor stone house in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third fully independent building in a renovated complex of three residences, Villa Callista, Rasalu house, and Neradu house, and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated with the aim of staying the way it was 200 years ago.
