Marianna's house is a two-storey house of 37 sqm in a farm surrounded by orange and peach trees. The ground floor of the 20 sqm is consisted of a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. An external staircase drives you to the first floor, where is the bedroom, a wc and a balcony. The house offers tranquility to enjoy beautiful moments! It is 2.5 km from Leonidio where you can get the necessary and 700m from the closest beaches! Forget your worries and relax in this serene space.

Das Eckhaus liegt abseits des Örtchens Poulithra, Arkadien, ohne Durchgangsverkehr und ist 60 Meter Fussweg vom wunderschönen Strand der Agios Georgios Bucht entfernt. Garden apartment

Die Gartenwohnung ist Teil der Villa Metropolis und liegt oberhalb der Kirche Panagia. Über den eigenen Parkplatz gelangt man zum Eingang dieser Wohnung, welches über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, Essbereich, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem en-suite Badezimmer verfügt. Durch den Garten, ein Stockwerk tiefer, befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer (Kamara) mit Teeküche und Badezimmer, welches einen separaten Eingang hat.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and much more trees which fruits you can taste. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.

Our apartment is placed 20 m from the Lakkos beach at the third floor of the building. It have 3 bedrooms, one well equipped kitchen , a bathroom and a very beautiful terrace with a great view to the Aegean Sea. It is suitable for couples and for families. The town Leonidio is 5 min distance and Plaka beach 2 min with the car.
