With the three bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs, you can enjoy a large equipped kitchen lounge on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and garden. 10 minutes from the A20 motorway and all amenities in the village of Lalbenque, known for its black truffle market. We are also about 30 minutes from Cahors and St-Cirq-Lapopie (by car).

The Pescalerie Mill

The property includes a dwelling house built against the cliff and an unrestored mill built on a resurgence, with a pool of clear water and a beautiful waterfall. You will stay in the house which can accommodate 8 people without fear of disturbing the neighbors. The beds are distributed upstairs between a bedroom with a double bed and sink and a large bedroom equipped with 3 double beds + another double bed in the mezzanine, under the roof.

Vous avez également une base de loisirs au lac de Parisot et plein d autre activité nature du côté de Saint Antonin Noble Val (spéléo, canoë kayak,...)
