I love this place! Riwaz was so helpful, he was here to meet me even though I arrived quite late in the evening. He's been a great host the entire time, so easy to communicate with. The space looks exactly like the pictures, the location is beautiful, super close to many temples and great restaurants, everything in walking distance. I loved staying here ✨

The place was amazing. A little miscommunication on the host’s part as the place is no smoking but the same is not listed on the listing page.

From the moment we arrived, Rajeev was an exceptional host warm, welcoming, and always available to answer any questions. His hospitality truly made us feel at home. The property itself was fantastic clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities was impressive, making it a cozy and inviting space. The location was also ideal. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Rajeev’s place to anyone looking for a great Airbnb stay. We will definitely be back!

Host was nice polite and friendly. He gently showed us the place and leave us full privacy. The surrounding was good as well good nightime view from the rooftop and peaceful environment.

My son and I stayed at Rabin's unit for two weeks in February because my son was playing a tennis tournament nearby. About the place: We stayed at the unit with the attached kitchen and bathroom - the unit is exactly as in the photographs, clean, roomy and has a small kitchenette. Rooms were cleaned once a week, and fresh linen and towels were provided. What struck me the most is that Rabin is the most genuinely nice and helpful person I've met. For example, when my son's shoes gave way in the midst of the second week, Rabin personally assisted me in getting them repaired. Rabin, his lovely wife, and his wonderful parents made us feel at ease and safe - they took excellent care of us! added bonus: Rabin is a good cook!

Our stay here was wonderful! It is a small paradise, a beautiful place among the fields around Bhaktapur. It is built with a lot of dedication and eye for atmosphere and detail. There is delicious cooking by Mohan and Mohan and the lovely woman (whose name I still don't know so well) are always in front of you to help you. I would recommend this stay to anyone! (Except if you have difficulty walking)

Extraordinary home with unique historic restoration filled with intriguing books, paintings, photos, Nepali furniture and rugs, gorgeous quilts. Ben was out of town but consistently available & Chechee who lives within the garden/compound was friendly & available & took great care of us & the home. Everything was convenient and comfortable. Ideal location.

I must say Rajiv is one of the wonderful hosts. Rajiv picked me up from the airport on my request and also booked a taxi for us as we were 5 people. He guided us and helped to do tge grocery as well since it was my first visit to Kathmandu.Rajiv was always responsive and answered my phone whenever needed. The check in and check out was very smooth. The way Rajiv helped me out I felt sorry that I couldn’t leave the house as it was since I had to catch a bus to pokhara in the morning. Recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sachin's place. They were very welcoming and I felt right at home. The unit had everything you could need, cooking utensils, AC, TV, washer (in the unit), microwave, fan and they were very responsive if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend Sachin's place and will stay again when I'm in Kathmandu.

I've now stayed with Ranju and her familu three different times and each time is better than the last. The apartment always gains in accommodations and small things like appliances apear anew. All the things that were there before stay the same or get even better and the location is fantastic. More than anything, if you want to stay in a part of Kathmandu that locals frequent, Baneshwor is the place to be.

I had a wonderful time in a very cosy and nice Appartement! I loved the roof top and the garden. The hosts Sushila and Padam were always helpful and super nice. I would highly recommend that place!! You have lots of restaurants, a gym and bus station in walking distance. I would always Come back!

The flat I rented from Andrei and Maria was perfectly in line with the photos and the descriptions. I loved the atmosphere, the neighborhood, and the flat. It was peaceful and quiet, which was great as a contrast to the hustle and bustle of Patan. I highly recommend the apartment. Maria and Andrei were not on site themselves. but the friendly downstairs neighbor took care of my questions and provided assistance when needed.

I felt like I was living inside a heritage. In very close proximity to the UNESCO world heritage site Patan durbar square. Very clean, traditionally inclined yet comes with modern utilities. I appreciated the local recommendations & friendly staff. It was very close to all major attractions in Patan, Kathmandu & Bhaktapur. Minute walk from restaurants and markets. I would go back.

Girish is super friendly, always available and kind. He helped us plan our day trips and provided responsive instructions and always made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is super beautiful and cosy. It’s very close to Patan Durban Square and surrounded with plenty of local food/snacks and grocery stores. We loved Patan and think it was a great idea to stay there rather than in other more touristy areas of the city. We felt welcome and safe as women. We warmly recommend it!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Shristee's place! The apartment was more spacious than I expected, it was clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect, it was close to Jhamsikhel, with plenty of lovely shops and restaurants within walking distance. Communication with Shristee and her mom, Jayanti, was very easy. They were incredibly accommodating, promptly addressing any requests or questions we had. Since we stayed for three weeks, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing extra bed sheets, towels, additional kitchen items, and even a small bathtub for my 5-month-old. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. We’d gladly return for another visit!

Naveen is an incredible host, considerate and caring. When there is something broken(e.g. rice cooker and water kettle), he provided us a new one immediately. The place is very clean and fully equipped. The location is very nice and convenient too, it’s near mart and restaurant. Would love to come here again if I visit Kathmandu!

If you want to stay near Patan Durbar Square with friendly host, this the best option. Orijesh is supper helpful. He allowed me to check in at 12 PM since my flight got delayed and he is very thoughtful he placed tea bags and showed me the kitchen of I would like to cook. Since I was afraid of Dog, he make sure that whenever I want outside he was there so that I would not get afraid. Aunty is really sweet, she helped me when Orijesh went for his work. The place was really clean and it is much better place stay. Thankyou Orijesh for your service.

Manish’s apartment was as per the description. It’s a cozy apartment with every facility you need. Cold evening in Kathmandu was not a problem with A/C and a heater making the apartment warm. Security was very nice. Sumit from casa deyra, was also greatwith communication. No hassle in check-in and check-out. Overall, very nice stay. Would definitely book this place for my next visit and recommend for my friends.

The whole neighbourhood will Be there to help you. Treated like one among them. Seemed like the host is new to renting out properties. Lacked few minimal things but will eventually pickup. Worth the money. Thank you for the wonder place. Felt like a home. Already missing

We had an incredibly heartwarming, comfortable and pleasant stay. Chandan is helpful, asks you for breakfast, coffee or dinner (very tasty), is hospitable, responds quickly to messages and speaks good English. The apartment we stayed in was well maintained and comfortable with a balcony. Furthermore, there is a beautiful roof terrace where you can enjoy the view for hours. A taxi can also be arranged for you if you plan to leave early in the morning. I highly recommend this host!
