Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. "This apartment "Le SANCY, located on the 1st floor, offers 61 m² of modern comfort. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, Senseo, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils. The kitchen is open to a bright living room with TV. The owners put their large garden at your disposal to relax in the heart of nature. We also have a 2nd accommodation on the ground floor.

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.

The good life at La Chassagne

La Chassagne is the perfect escape to relax and gaze upon the french countryside of rolling hills of quilted sunflower and rapeseed, orchards and chateaux, and sip wine in the shade of an ancient oak. With six acres there is plenty of room for everyone. The barn cottage has two bedrooms with dining, living, and outdoor lounging/dining areas. Our home is nearby on the property and we will be happy to assist with anything you may need.

"La Retirance" Quiet country house

"La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated country house located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for relaxing moments. The land is bordered by hedges, which clearly delineates the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 highway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.
