Mum's house is the best option for group of 10, even we only have 6pp, the price is sooo good to be true with us. House clean, lot of rooms, and convenience 😝😝 dont hesitate to stay here

good host, quiet environment.

I used to stay at Chat's place once in 2018 because it was a very good experience and so will come again this year in 2025.Both times because I came to the impact hall to attend the exhibition, Chat's house is very close to the exhibition hall, and it is very convenient.Chat and Ped were very warm and thoughtful, the first day we arrived late, Chat was waiting for us, and also prepared a welcome fruit and orange juice because we were going to meet the customers, and we didn't have time to go out for breakfast at the exhibition, Ped will help us prepare a very delicious breakfast every day, and will also wash it for us.(Of course, we need to wash ourselves if we have enough time, we washed all the utensils ourselves after dinner and dried.)Chat also recommended delicious shops and a local market around the neighborhood. There are raw meat and dishes in that market, but most of them sell snacks, very rich and cheap, I'm very happy.Chat herself is very inclusive and humorous, she used to work at China International Radio as a Thai language expert for 3 years and is a very lovely and highly qualified lady.If coming to the impact pavilion, staying here is highly recommended.

Our stay at Casa Catnap was one of the best decisions we made during our short trip. Tatiya was incredibly professional, friendly, and a great communicator. This was our first time staying in someone’s home—we usually prefer hotels for the convenience—but Tatiya’s place completely changed our minds. We were able to pack super light because everything we needed was already there, thoughtfully arranged for easy access. The rooms were clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and we had the lovely company of adorable cats. What more could we ask for after a long day of exploring? We would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to rest.

Nattavut was really friendly and helped communicate to the taxi driver on how to reach the accommodation. He was there to greet us on arrival and proceeded to brief us on the various aspects of the house. Currently, the location is a little less convenient as the planned BTS train station near the accommodation has not yet been completed but that's easily solved by taking either a motorbike taxi or normal taxi to the next closest BTS or Metro station. The neighbourhood is very quiet as its a guarded and gated residence and some nice authentic Thai street food can be found around the accommodation.

This property is located in the western area of Bangkok along the Chao Phraya River, outside the central business district but conveniently close to Bang Sue Grand Station by bus or taxi. Although it is not within walking distance to the MRT, you can easily call a Grab car or taxi to reach the nearest MRT stations with the cheap price. Typically, we recommend using Grab for its convenience, allowing you to pin your location from your mobile phone. You can order various types of foods and dining from Grab food. Additionally, you can enjoy a scenic boat ride from the nearby pier and market The townhouse is newly decorated, very nice, and clean. Located within an authentic Thai community, it offers easy access from the main street. The surrounding western area of Bangkok is rich with historical sites, temples, traditional Thai markets, cafes, restaurants, and boat sightseeing opportunities, providing a good atmosphere and new experiences. This property is ideal for travelers and families

Good place to stay quiet and tidy.

A very nice house, very comfortable to live in.

My family of five stayed here for a month, we felt at home. The house has a lot of indoor and outdoor space. The host is great, she’s thoughtful and friendly. The neighborhood is very walkable, there’s a lot of cafes, food stalls, fruit stands, and big supermarkets nearby.

It was a great honor to be one of the first occupants here. From the first moment I entered the door, I was attracted by a few small windows designed for meditation, and when I stepped into the door, I was amazed again!Thank you both for your care and consideration, and I felt at home, full marks!

We wanted somewhere quiet and far from the busy city, this place was perfect, cozy and clean, Oranuch is easy going, accommodating and responsive, would definitely recommend for comfort and privacy :)

I was so sad and disappointed to have to cancel this booking. Some plans feel through last minute, but the host was so gracious and kind throughout, and very professional. And any time I sent a message she replied so quickly. I'm really looking forward to visiting in the future.

Nida is a fantastic hostess and she hosts a beautiful accommodation. Should there be any problems, Nida will do everything to remedy it. She even got a new topper for the bed because Thai beds for a European like myself don't sleep very comfortably anyway. Room 1 has a comfortable bathroom, a very spacious wardrobe and a good work / desk table. Very suitable for longer stays. Free parking available. +/- 20 min walk to station and Lak Si shopping center. +/- 7 minute walk to the 7-Eleven and the gateway to the community. Bike available to go back and forth quickly to the store.

The home was exactly as described. Host was super responsive and very friendly. Provided a helpful guide of nearby transport and easy access instructions. We would definitely stay again.

The host is particularly enthusiastic, and the middle help friends have several times of the stay is very smooth, the neighborhood is very Thai character, there is also a nice Thai barbecue around the pool, I love it

The host was very nice ~ I stayed with our family and prepared snacks for us such as bubble noodles.What is a small problem the neighbors who live next to will come and help!Host responds promptly too!Myanmar earthquake the day after we left, Bangkok was affected as well, and the host was very concerned about sending me a message!One other thing was that I forgot to take my shoes, the landlord saved it for me, and I went back to get it in the back!Great experience staying like family, thank you!

We had the whole place to ourselves so it was comfortable & private. There were some items in the house that we found interesting - books, guitar. It's walking distance to everything we needed to stay for a week - a supermarket, selection of restaurants, self laundry, cafe, lakefront views, go kart (for some stress release) and the tennis tournament venue at LTAT. We used the facilities - gym & pool which was well kept The host was very helpful, and so were the security guards. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Great location. Cute walkable neighborhood, lots of great restaurants and markets within a 15 minute walk. House is a great size for your value, has most of the amenities that you could wish for and was very clean. Highly recommended

Very nice host, gave us everything, the house is newly refurbished with a Mediterranean feel.Clean, cosy and quiet.The only thing that was a bit unfortunate was that the gas stove was not allowed to be used. In addition, there is a bird nest in the tree at the door, a very cute couple, and two egg babies. Will come back!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Thailand! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. The location was a little further out from the central but it is okay! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Thank you Mr tak.
