We had a great weekend. Listing was as described. The location is ideal for those looking for a peaceful and quiet place. Everything we needed was in the accommodation, the bedding was super comfortable, and the shower was really great. Sebastien is very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. We were able to communicate very easily and he was always available for all the requests we had. I highly recommend this accommodation, and we will definitely come back if the opportunity arises. This beautiful house perfectly reflects the photos online, well decorated, bright, spacious, it is functional, comfortable and extremely clean, even the outdoor areas, the garden is well landscaped, all in a quiet location. A successful week's vacation, we'll be back!

The apartment is located directly on the golf course in a locked area, which can only be entered via a code through a large gate. Parking is available right by the house. The apartment can be reached at ground level. It is modern and practical. The surroundings are beautiful and we liked it very much.

Claudine and Jean-Claude's house is superbly located. Starting point for hikes on the GR34, to the surrounding villages or the many wonderful beaches. But you always like to come back to this oasis in the countryside and tranquility! We will be happy to come back anytime!

Very quiet and pleasant, small creperie at the foot of the apartment, very decent and nice waitress. Be careful not to have sore legs, lots of stairs and the only disadvantage is the toilets on the ground floor while the bedroom is on the second.

Very cute and tastefully decorated accommodation, very very clean place (being maniacal I have absolutely nothing to reproach) quiet and secure environment for the vehicle. This is one of the best homes we've rented. Small entry gift really great thank you so much

We were warmly welcomed by the owner. She gave us a number of regional products as a welcome gift. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. It is useful to bring extra bath towels and tea towels. The area is definitely worth it and the beach is very close.

Philip and Annette’s place was a great place to spend our 5 nights in Dinan. Situated in the middle of the Historic Centre everything is at your doorstep. They were excellent hosts allowing us to check in early and responding quickly to our messages. Also left lots of extras in the apartment to make our stay enjoyable including a bottle of wine snacks and all the condiments you need if you want to eat in. Lots of space comfortable bed great bathroom. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we go back to Dinan highly recommended!

Very nice Airbnb, with typical Breton decoration and bedroom in a mezzanine under the roofs. Well-located accommodation: shops, restaurants and beach within walking distance. I easily found a place in the street to park my car (in June). Didier was very friendly and responsive. I recommend it! 😊

We had a great stay in Erquy in Pascale's beautiful apartment. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable, and nothing was missing. (apart from WiFi, however my partner and I did not need it) — Pascale even thought of different small attentions beyond the necessary. She was very responsive, warm and caring, even taking the time to write to us to make sure we arrived safely. Thank you so much for the great hospitality! My partner and I highly recommend them. We rented Philippe's apartment at the foot of Les Rosaires beach from May 28 to June 1, 25. We have nothing to complain about, everything was clean, tidy, practical, impeccable bedding! Plenty of storage. The smell of linens is lovely. Everything is very well explained about the functionality of the accommodation. We greatly appreciated the exchange with the host. Possibility of walking or mountain biking. Be careful, however, you have to be quite sporty!(Have cardio)! It's climbing! Otherwise, there is the long walk along the beach and the GR next to it.
