I live in the house full-time and am always nearby if you need anything. You’ll be using the same entrance, and while your space upstairs is private, this is a shared home

The main Bedroom has a double bed, and there is a sofa bed in the sitting room which sleeps one with a Private kitchen and a bath. The kitchen has an Air fryer, toaster, kettle and a hob. Soft drinks can be found in the fridge.

The Grange is an extremely spacious one bed annex and is ideal for couples, families, friends and/or commuters due to its semi rural location, just on the outskirts of London. It has high beams that make the property feel big and airy, giving it the countryside feel. The living area has a beautiful brick fireplace and the bedroom boasts a super king & double bed. There is an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in bath & shower and a modern kitchen with all amenities and breakfast bar.

A 20 minute walk to epping station (central line into central London), or 5 minute drive, 12 min walk to the high street. 1 comfortable king size bed , desk set up for remote working , with beautiful views .
