This apartment is tucked out of the way of the hustle and bustle of town, with route options to skip town or get to the main drag in a few minutes of driving.

Perfect location. And a quiet neighborhood. This suite is perfect for anyone looking to walk to the Stratford restaurants and theatres. Also very close to the train station. I was extremely happy with my stay.

I had a super comfortable stay (enough and more space for a single individual)! Also, both Rajesh and Eric were extremely responsive. The kitchen and bathroom were squeaky clean. The icing on the cake was finding an Edgar Allen Poe themed cafe (The Raven Cafe, on Military/ Main Street) walking distance from the place! :-)

Host is awesome and super quiet. Does not bother guests in home. Cats comes in and says hello and is super cute and friendly. I was debating taking the cat but figured I’ll be back to stay at this spot again in the nearby future, so I left the cat. Just kitten. JK.

This is our second year at The Happy House and now we are regulars. Five bedrooms for five women is just perfect as well as both indoor and outdoor spaces to gather. This place is perfect for us. Thank you!

The place is fine but that is not why it is so good. Lana and Mohamad are sooooo nice and so helpful. They made the stay a joy. Thanks so much. Lama even offered us Baclava while we were there!

Pros: beautiful and safe neighbourhood, host is very responsive, stylish and clean furnishings, all kitchen supplies including kettle / microwave / stovetop. Cons: not for those with mobility issues (many stairs and they are narrow), prone to temperature changes since it is the top floor, no oven.

The condo is very nice and Sequoyah has added the extras that made my stay great. The bedding was really soft and comfortable and the bed was adjustable!! I thought the phone charger cords for any kind of cell phone was a thoughtful touch and I appreciated the small refrigerator in the room. I only wish I had brought the sign-in information for the TV apps I subscribe to to use on Roku. This place was not far from my event and near shopping and restaurants. At first, I was not sure about going upstairs, but it wasn’t a big flight or difficult. Sequoyah met me outside and helped me carry my stuff. I thought that was considerate. The price was very reasonable and would, definitely, stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for our group of 2 couples. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, a pretty view of the pond and it was close to everything we wanted to do for our stay!

Loved our stay! There are multiple units at this address, so it can get a little noisy with people walking up and down the stairs during the day— it didn’t disturb us at all, but just a good thing to know before booking.

Super comfy and snug , I really enjoyed the heated blanket and fan being there.

We had a great stay at Cedar Point Cottage for our annual 2 family vacation. It fit us all (3 parents, 5 adult children and partners, 1 teen and 3 dogs) pretty comfortably. The beds are very firm. If that's not to your liking, you’ll want to bring a topper. The dining room table is huge, the kitchen is well equipped, the outdoor kitchen is amazing, and we made full use of the smoker and the Blackstone. The Hot tub was very clean and Jesse came by to test the water mid way through our stay. The washer/dryer were very handy, as was the golf cart. The yard is dog-friendly, but you'll want to use a tie-out if you are not 100% sure on recall. The shared private beach is better than Grand Bend. The kids loved the stand up paddle board. We didn't use the fire pit or the portable fire pit for the beach - we just ran out of time. The cottage is handy to Forest, and Sarnia and Grand Bend are about 30-40 mintues away. Jesse was responsive, prompt, and helpful. We would book here again. Awesome!!!

This place is absolutely beautiful! So beautifully landscaped and peaceful! The rooms are awesome and spacious! The pictures really don’t do it justice! We loved it because it was so private! Once you have everything there, like food and drinks you really don’t need to leave. We had a blast floating on the man made pond! Fantastic fire pit! Great spot to star gaze! Cozy areas for coffees and beverages! Kids absolutely loved it and it’s perfect for big families. Will definitely be back! 🙌🏻❤️ Thank you for having us!

Moe was great. There was an issue with the heat but he quickly fixed it. The neighborhood is super safe and quiet. There is a little rivine and wooded area behind the house that was nice for walks with my young daughter

Cosmas's Airbnb was just as described and as seen in photos. The home is located in a very upscale neighborhood with shopping and restaurants close by. I stayed here on 3 different weeks with 4 other co-workers and all said that they would bring there family's to this Airbnb if ever in the area. Thanks again Cosmas.

Kayode’s place was the perfect space to relax the night before a flight. It is a wonderfully spacious, comfortable, and clean place, and being able to play PlayStation was a huge bonus! The area is peaceful, and it’s a short drive to the London airport. I would absolutely stay here again if I am ever in the area.
