In the extreme south of Lozère and with one foot in the Gard, the property covers 37 hectares of wooded hills, streams and rocks, offering distant views of the surrounding Cévennes. Mediterranean side/independent house/very recent construction attached to our second home, occasionally occupied. 500 m altitude/4 ha wooded/1/4 h valley (swimming, shops, medical house). Departure for Lozère discovery. Terrace with beautiful view/reversible air conditioning/sleeps 4, 1 double sofa bed + 2 bunk beds in the same space. La Capucine

La Capucine is located near the mechanical hub and five minutes from Alès, the capital of the Cévennes. The accommodation is adjoining our house, it can accommodate two people in a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, and two children on a sofa bed, 140/190 bed. Guests can enjoy the garden and park their vehicle in the yard. The property is secured by an electric gate. Bikers will have the opportunity to put their bike away in a covered and closed garage.
