Fantastic location, great house, lovely pool. This property is not in its first flush of youth but provided an excellent location for a large multi generational holiday. Easily accessible from Athens. The views were stunning.

A great location exactly as described. The pool area is clean and has it's own bathroom. It's a short distance from the village centre in a quiet location. While it is walkable a car is essential. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The view from the terrace is superb. We booked it for six people which meant that the upper floor was unavailable. I retrospect we should have booked the whole house as the view from these rooms must be spectacular!

We had a great stay! Dimitris was a fantastic host! He came especially for us, he showed us the house and let us know the things we can do in the area. His recomandations met our expectations and we enjoyed great food. The house is exactly like in the pictures, very cozy, clean and well mentain. The pool is new and very clean. We appreciate Dimitris for letting us using his house and we highly recommend his place. Thank you!

the Villa is located on a very high hill overlooking Trizonia island- a small, simple and beautiful greek island. The house has an amazing view (especially from the upper balcony). it is modern and beautiful with a real fireplace and a huge inside grill ! the rooms are perfect, they are actually more than rooms- they are small apartments! every room has a small kitchen, private shower and toilet, and a separated balcony. Jan is an extremely nice host and will make you feel welcomed and take care of all your needs.

Nice new house in a vacation complex. Great beach with activities for the kids. Nice pool in the complex. Very clean. Luiza was super nice and welcoming.

Everything was wonderful, Mrs. Rena was extremely helpful and was there for anything. I had my bachelor party there, highly recommended!

The residence exceeded our expectations. An independent, tastefully decorated and well equiped house, cozy and comfortable all times of the day Nikos is a wonderful host. Friendly, easy going and helpful, but also very discreet. We would grab the opportunity to visit again anytime, 10/10 recommend!

The room we stayed in was on the first floor, next to it is another room and just below the owners live with their children, which is nice because there is a family atmosphere that I personally like! Our kids had a great time with the kids in the family and that was very good! The beach has pebbles and is clean. There are plenty of delicious food spots and it has a playground just down the street. There is a bakery with nice bread and snacks and in most coffee, the coffee was very good. I loved the people we met there, Isabella's family and Isabella herself! Thank you for all your kindness and beautiful attitude!

Mr Vaggelis is the embodiment of what we call Greek hospitality. Open-hearted and helping from the beginning, he made us feel like home by providing us with everything we would need for our stay. The 10 of us had an amazing trip and we would highly recommend the property and the host for your stay.

Stella’s garden cottage is really something special. It is full or personality with all the essentials that you would need for a perfect stay. The bed is very comfortable and shower has good pressure. You will need to put the hot water on about 30mins before you want to shower which was no hassle for us. Stella is a wonderful host and left us with lots of traditional Greek treats during our stay. We would recommend a stay here if you would like to experience a traditional Greek homestay!

Excellent view, you can see the sea almost from every window of the house! The house is very clean, a few steps from the restaurants and the market. We definitely recommend it!

This apartment ticked all our boxes. It was in a peaceful setting with a private patio overlooking lemon trees where we sat out in the shade to eat and drink. The kitchen was particularly well equipped for cooking and everything was at hand throughout the apartment. We only used one bedroom, but the second was spacious, allowing for my yoga mat. Kitchen table was suitable for working from and despite being a sub-basement, we found it light and airy and it was wonderfully cool in the heat of the day. A couple of minutes walk from bakeries and shops, a few more to the waterfront and lots of walks to do in the wider area. Our host was an excellent communicator.

Mr. Christos is a hospitable and very kind host! He welcomed us even though we arrived late! He gave us information about the place and the surrounding area as well as some suggestions for food! The house is as shown in the photos, spacious and comfortable. In addition, it is almost next to the park of the Kria Boxing Club and generally everything you need is within a 5-minute walk, so you do not need a car except for an excursion out of town. Private parking in an area where parking is difficult is also a plus. Espresso coffee is provided in capsules as well as toast with butter, jam or honey for a quick breakfast. I recommend it if you want to visit the city of Livadia or the surrounding areas.

I really liked Trikeri at the end of Pelion. Eleni's accommodation is top-notch, newly renovated, super clean, and has everything you need, plus a few little extras here and there. The bed is the coziest and most comfortable I've slept in in years. Eleni is a welcoming and generous host. The accommodation is very well located. I highly recommend it!

Villa Penelope was just what we needed. A very quiet space right on the water and very relaxing. We enjoyed morning swims, afternoon kayaking around the bay, and eating on the patio around the water. We generally spent the day outside. The outdoor shower was so nice after the morning swims. The weather for our stay was not too hot. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. Another thing to note is that there were no neighbors on either side during our stay, enhancing the privacy and quiet. If you do have mobility challenges this is not the place for you. The stairs to the bedrooms are small and steep and the bathroom is very small. Penelope is a wonderful host. She had prepared a meal for us on our arrival, was very informative on the house and local area. She was very responsive to our follow up questions. A lovely person and a generous host.

Great location, great accommodations, and a great host!

The house is lovely! It's better than what you imagine from the photos. It is spotless, with comfortable spaces and everything you need. Dimitris is an excellent host, kind, available, with suggestions and care for the place and the guests. The house has a fantastic terrace at the back. The house is bright and spacious. You can always park outside or in the alley above. I highly recommend it!

Loved that there were lots of pots and pans and just a bunch of stuff. It felt like home - a lot better than most airbnb's that are stripped down to the bare minimum. Less than one minute to a peaceful walk along the water. Even closer walk to a nice grocery that even had a bottle of Jamesons Irish Whiskey for sale.
