Stunning villa, beautiful walking in the surrounding village and countryside, close enough to Chiang Mai but just far enough to feel away from the hustle of the city. 7/11 close by for all your needs, lot's of local restaurants near by. Host's really helpful and responsive. If I'm back there again I would certainly revisit.

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

Very happy with this villa. The team who greeted us on arrival and departure were so friendly and welcoming. Lovely location in a Thai neighbourhood so felt very safe and Chang mai mall was only 6 minutes away so very convenient.

Lovely house with a lot of space, has been set up and decorated thoughtfully. It’s comfortable and very clean. The WiFi is very good. Kevin was a lovely host and responsive and helpful. The washing machine out the back is a very helpful addition. Outside of nimman and not really walkable but easy to access and quiet. We sat on the balcony listening to the birds every morning.

Is there another accommodation that was this good? Even if you give 1000 points out of 5, it's not enough. It's too big for 2 people, but it's the best place for 3 or more people! I told Rath, but the real thing is much better than the picture. (It seems that I asked for an update, but I was disappointed to see the actual product, so I left it as it is) Features 1. Free airport pick-up/drop-off The flight from Korea to Chiang Mai was delayed, but even at the late hour, they provided a pick-up and drop-off service, so it was a very comfortable trip.(Stay here without moving to the accommodation and return home) 2. Accommodation condition It was a traditional style wooden accommodation, so it was really emotional and special. He's renovating the house where his mother-in-law, Rath, used to live. I was even more grateful and cherished it because I knew it was a precious space for my family. I also liked the spacious space divided into the 1st and 2nd floors. 1st floor: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, dining table, living room, kitchen, backyard washing machine (detergent, fabric softener available) The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large TV and a living room. It's made up like this. All the beds were king or queen, and there were blackout curtains in every room, so I slept comfortably. The shower pressure wasn't that strong, but It wasn't uncomfortable to wrap my long hair. Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, toothpaste, cotton swabs, everything was nice.😀 The product was a local product, and it was better because it was a new product, not a refill. I changed the shower filter, and it was much less dirty than other areas, so I was very satisfied. 3. Quick contact, local feedback I contacted them frequently through messenger, and they answered very quickly, so I was able to reflect all kinds of local information (restaurants, traffic, etc.) in my travel itinerary. It was so nice. Since he worked as a flight attendant in the past, he was good at English, so there was no difficulty in communicating. 4. Linked Services I was introduced to a private tour of Doin Tanon, and even the driver was so kind. I was completely satisfied! I was able to use the massage in the front building at a reasonable price. Local massage is also good, so try it! I'd say it's Rath's family! Haha, I was a guest before, but I'm satisfied, so I'm writing a review. Thank you, Rath.🙏

The villa was amazing, the pool was great for a few people and the barbecue is great for a family meal! The snacks and drinks were a great touch and the host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone who wants a relaxing time in Chiang Mai!

What an amazing experience and worth every penny! The location was ideal for getting where we needed to be, we felt secluded and safe while still in a convenient place to enjoy the bustling city. it really was an oasis to come home to after long hot days. We hope to return to Thailand someday and absolutely want to stay here again. The communication, the accommodations, and everything in between was absolutely everything we were looking for and needed for our stay in Chiang Mai!

Our whole family really like and enjoy the experience staying at Jane’s place. The villa is beautiful, clean and organized. Different than those modernized villas, the place has a mix of Thai, Chinese and Western styles, contributing to the overall uniqueness. Good fit for big family with both elders and children. Service is another highlight, Jane could always accommodate our demands and easy to reach. And breakfast is good too!

Ming was easily accessible and prompt in responding, we had an amazing stay. The White Villa is an exceptional property and I will definitely recommend it for future travels to Chiang Mai. Thanks again for a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time staying at Baan Sawan. Everything was perfect from the hot tub to the kitchen, the super comfortable and clean beds to the swimming pool. Getting a Grab taxi into town was simplicity. Mrs Tik made recommendations, organised massages and was incredibly warm and friendly.

What a beautiful stay this was, located in a quite remote and high up mountain area. The resort itself was beautiful, the staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The drive up to the place is a stunning off-road drive through the jungle. However, be prepared for high transportation costs—around $120 USD per round trip—as only specific taxis can handle the difficult road. We ended up paying an additional $350 in USD just to get in and out of the resort. It’s best to stay put once you arrive. The food was great, though restaurant hours were limited (closing by 8 PM), which made it hard to eat after late excursions. Our room had a lovely view, but wasn’t fully sealed, so bugs were an issue at night. Overall, a wonderful experience for those seeking a quiet mountain escape—just plan ahead for logistics and be prepared for additional costs and timing getting in and out.

One of the nicest stays we have been to this holiday. It's a bit expensive but you really get 100% value for money because the space is beautiful! Very large and incredibly friendly staff. The associated restaurant is incredibly beautiful and the view is unprecedented

We enjoyed our time at Absolute Thai Hillside villa. We rented 2 villas for our group. This villa was very cozy and charming. Staying in December there was no need for AC but it was an option. Keeping in mind that this is in rural Thailand the simple amenities are appropriate. Additionally, the compound grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed swinging on the swings, exploring the grounds, taking lots of pictures and enjoying dinner at the large communal kitchen. there's not much within walking distance (a few mom-n-pop type stores), but a 7-11 is a short drive and plenty to explore in this area (check out mok fa waterfall nearby). The property care takers were very helpful addressing any issues and giving suggestions on what to do.

I had an incredible stay, leading me to extend my visit. Darin was the most exceptional host I've encountered. She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Her hospitality was unmatched, offering me fresh produce from her garden to enjoy in delicious salads. The serene environment was perfect for rejuvenation and connecting with nature. Great place for a cozy time with S/O or families

amazing stay high up in the hills of ChiangMai with incredible views! there isn't a lot to do here, which makes for a great peaceful retreat.

Jintana was extremely helpful and made our stay great! They even set up a projector screen in our cabin for us!
