It comprises a ground floor with fully equipped kitchen and living room with garden/sea views. Upstairs : a bedroom with sea view and bathroom. 2 adjoining gardens, one of which has a sea view. Large south-facing terrace with unobstructed views of the north coast of the island, the Creach lighthouse is right across the street. The house is very bright. It has just been fully renovated with taste and is very well-equipped. There's also an enclosed garden set back from the road.

It consists of 2 rooms: . kitchenette (microwave, 2-burner ceramic glass stovetop and fridge), dining area and sofa bed . bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. An equipped terrace (garden furniture) + small garden will allow you to eat your meals outside. The maisonette is located in the center of the island, not overlooked. Perfect for finding peace. No WIFI. No pets allowed.

Le quartier est calme, à 10 minutes en vélo du bourg. Le marché hebdomadaire est le mercredi et le samedi matin à l'ancienne école "Sainte-Anne" au bourg de Lampaul. Maison lumineuse sur jardin clos, avec une grande pièce à vivre.
