This place is just like the pics and I loved it! I wanted a peaceful place where I could just relax and I loved the rooftop on the house! The family is incredibly friendly and helpful and immediately makes you feel right at home. Im certainly saving it for future trips!

Bob was an amazing host! He built his lil resort from scratch and that place was absolutely beautiful. I had great conversations with him and he was soooo nice to me and my family. 10000% recommended!! Will visit again soon

This property is amazing. A little far from the main city, but you get a quieter and more chill environment, away from the traffic jams and the city rush, it’s a really nice property. Loved it. Would definitely recommend it and would definitely be visiting again.

Beautiful place , surrounded by mountains. The bed was comfy, the view was amazing. Loved the bamboo taps, and appreciated the food- vegetarian on request- and the helpful directions when we got lost. Highly recommend! Thankyou so much

Wonderful home! We would love to come again. The only things to keep in mind are (1) there is no A/C, and (2) there is a neighbor close by. Otherwise, it is a wonderful retreat that is great for families or friends, especially during cool season. We loved being up in the mountains with beautiful views and easy access to hiking trails. The hosts are very helpful and kind - we did not have any issues at all, as they anticipated our needs with thoughtful touches. We look forward to booking again!

I really enjoyed Pimrats place. Definitely worth the price. I will stay again if I’m in the area. It’s far from the city offers lots of peace and quiet.

This windmill house was a comfy stay. It did not have AC which was tough for a week but otherwise the place itself was well built and felt very secure. It was basically camping but with a building to stay in instead of a tent. No pesticides used so expect every bug that you can imagine to crawl on you and to be inside of the place. Huge spiders, everything. If you are okay with that, then it’s a great place to be and very worth the price. I made a mistake and came with mostly cash thinking I could easily open a bank account, so that led to unnecessary hassle when trying to pay for things. Do not use True Money as a foreigner unless you already have a Thai ID. Great space for walking and such a beautiful scenery. Great staff on the property and readily available when assistance is needed.

Everything was well prepared by Manachai who was friendly, spoke good English and responded quickly. We had a great experience during our visit to Chiang Mai and we will definitely come back to stay here again.

Chinese Chiang Mai neighborhood, good to eat and drink, the car I helped to find was good and cheap, and the friends I was traveling with said yes!

A nice little place just outside of chiangmai. We enjoy our stay very much. The pool is refreshing and the openness to look out in field is relaxing. It located just off the road so you can hear the traffic. It was not a busy road so it’s not a real issue.The host is super friendly and responsive. A perfect place for what we needed! Will recommend!

Pichet is the great host. His house is better than the photos. I have the whole house including farm. The kids enjoyed playing with animals so much. I strongly recommend and would come here again.

I stayed more than a month in the studio it's an incredibly welcoming family, they took me with them for Songkran it was great, the studio is like in the photos, it's very peaceful, they rent cheap scooters, the surroundings are magnificent, the people are very kind I recommend 100%, I hope to have the opportunity to come back thank you 🙏
