Podere Marchiano - Apartment 1

Podere Marchiano is an old farmhouse situated on the Monte Albano slopes. It is situated 12 km away from Vinci, Leonardo Da Vinci’s hometown, 30 km away from Lucca, 40 Km away from Florence, 50 km away from Pisa and 10 Km away from Montecatini Terme. The structure is in the middle of Tuscany, in a typical olive tree-countryside. The house is just next to the Montecatini Golf Club, a 18-hole course. Our guests can enjoy the services of the Golf Club House, such as its bar and restaurant, and book golfing sessions in other Golf Clubs in Tuscany. Marchiano is far away from the crowded, noisy cities, and offers the perfect getaway destination for nature lovers and outdoor activities (golf, hiking, horseback riding). Marchiano’s central position in the region makes it the perfect place from which guests can go to visit the most important art cities, the coast of Versilia, Abetone and the Pistoia mountains: all this places are about 50 km far away from the house. The house is divided into several apartments, which were restored keeping their original rustic features. Each apartment has a living room with kitchenette (fridge) and sofa bed for two persons, one or two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Our guests can also enjoy our open and covered outdoor spaces: a large shed (the former barn) which offers a panoramic view of the remarkable environment of the Val di Nievole; a barbecue spot, the swimming pool and the parking surrounded by olive trees.

80 m² second-floor apartment in the Fattoria del Turricchio, nestled in the hills. The rustic Tuscan-style accommodation consists of a living room with dining area, satellite TV and single sofa bed, two air-conditioned rooms, equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. The property offers ample outdoor spaces and gardens with sun loungers, tables, and barbecue. Wi-Fi, parking, and panic views included. Heating upon request (extra).
