Welcome to the historical Perth area. We hope you will enjoy your stay at our rural setting, close to amenities but surrounded by the sounds of the countryside. Our house has all the comforts of home with beautiful open vistas visible out each window. This property was deeded to the Motherwell family following the War of 1812, staying in their family name 100 years. The interior of the house is fully renovated with some exterior projects ongoing. HST included in our pricing.

Located on a bend in the river you will feel surrounded by tranquil natural beauty. The entire front of the house is windows, looking out at the river and boasts a very well appointed kitchen, sauna and hot tub. This is a perfect getaway for up to 6 people. In the summer you can fish and swim right off the end of the dock on the property. In the winter go from the fire pit to the sauna to the hot tub and if you’re really brave, cold plunge in the river! A true spa-like feel.

North Sky Retreat

This "rustic chic" home has been designed with your every comfort in mind. There will be no "roughing it" in this rural cottage, nestled in the beautiful Lanark Highlands. North Sky is a perfect getaway for everyone. In winter, we are close to the Snow Road snowmobile trails. In late winter, early spring - we are right in the middle of Maple Syrup country! The cabin is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. With 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch, the cabin can accommodate up to 6 guests. The cabin features infloor heating and a woodstove to keep you warm and cozy. We have a full-size hot tub and a wood fired sauna!

Our home is spacious and bright and just steps away from historic downtown Almonte with its vibrant main street and amazing waterfalls. We are situated beside a beautiful park where you can sit and relax, walk the trails, play frisbee golf, hit the splash pad and swings, or head down the hill to a park that sits on the edge of the Mississippi River. For cyclists, we are located just off the OVRT. Electric car owner? There is a charging station just 100m from the house.

This is a totally private, self contained apartment with full kitchen. The house is a heritage property in historic Perth, Ontario. It's location is steps from the downtown area and the beautiful Stewart Park. The kitchen is brand new as are the 2 queen size beds. The apartment is air conditioned, has wifi and cable tv You will have the entire upstairs apartment with private entrance. Indoor parking for one vehicle is included. Very cozy and quiet.

Welcome to The Loft at Closs Crossing! A cozy, open concept space where you can relax, unwind and reconnect with nature. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck, listening to the birds. Spend the afternoon on your private waterfront dock, reading a book or kayak up river and float back down. In the evening, roast marshmallows on the campfire or take a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Your cottage country escape awaits you!

This cabin can sleep up to five people (twin, double, and loft has a queen) Includes small kitchen unit with mini-fridge, sink (no running water but jug of water provided) and double burner stove. The kitchen accessories seen in the photos are what is provided. We ask that you not bring your own dish soap, to protect our ecosystem we will provide it. BEDDING IS NOT PROVIDED PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS AND BLANKETS.
