Au pied de la voie verte, de nombreuses activités s'offrent à vous, et la piscine vous attend à tout moment . Le petit déjeuner inclus dans la nuitée. Frigo et plancha à disposition. This house with its heated and private swimming pool, (open from March 31 to November 1) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. Within walking distance you will find all amenities, and the Ardèche a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned, a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.

The 45 m2 cottage where you will stay is attached to our main vacation home (which we will be absent from when you come to leave you all the outdoor terrace space). It is located close to the Ardèche River. The village of Lanas is very pleasant to stay in and we never tire of coming here as the setting is soothing and there are many activities (swimming, canoeing, hiking, remarkable natural sites, labeled villages...) No doubt you will feel good there!

In the heart of "Lanas", a charming village in the Ardèche, come and discover our very "Cozy" duplex...😍 It is located on the 1st floor of a small stone house and opens onto 2 terraces overlooking the Ardèche. Its entrance is independent in a closed courtyard (useful for bicycles if necessary). The staircase to access the apartment is to the right of the entrance gate. Once you arrive on the terrace, you are at home... Enjoy your stay 🌞😎

Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.
