No smoking facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.

We loved place. Great location IF one is planning to do much cooking the kitchen is very poorly stocked. The pans were burned, very few staples. We could not find more than 1 trash bag However we would surely come back but realize kitchen needs help Otherwise perfect for us

Your accommodations were perfect for our need not only in location but also in comfort and welcome. Your space is very well and comfortably appointed with far more than the basic needs. The quaint neighborhood and backyard setting made mornings so very peaceful. We had the opportunity to bicycle the little sugar Creek Greenway Trail, beginning at the Pikeville trailhead at Leitner Drive. By far the most beautiful non-rails to trail bicycle trail we’ve ever experienced. Lastly, the affordability of your perfect and very spacious homey space made our trip not only enjoyable, but downright possible. We are grateful to you and your most honorable family for opening your home to travelers such as us.
