Located along a convenient and busy road close to all things Lancaster, this home is truly a getaway in the backyard. The inside, furnished by our neighboring Olde Mill House Shoppes has a modern kitchen and amenities boast comfort and convenience. Stairs are a must in this old home, with 2 bedrooms (1 overlooking the falls & one having 2 queen beds) and a full bath are upstairs. Dogs ok with messaging.

Located on the ground floor of our primary residence with its own separate exterior entrance, this fully equipped studio apartment was built in the original stable area of a 150 year old carriage house. On-site parking in a safe neighborhood of high end converted warehouse condos. Just steps from Excelsior, Marriot, Central Market, Tellus360, Fulton Opera House, art galleries, and everything Lancaster City has to offer. Smoking is not permitted and pets are welcome for an additional $20.

Conveniently located on a quiet street, you'll be a 15 minute stroll (or 5 minute drive) to the center of town. Just a few minutes walk to Lancaster Brewing Co & other restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It's the perfect place to unwind: put on one of our hundreds of records, and sip some wine in the jetted tub or enjoy the steam shower. Fido is sure to appreciate the fully-fenced backyard.

Bright Townhouse Clean and Cozy!

My home is bright and sunny and peaceful with a vaulted ceiling and back patio. Great for families, with a well articulated kitchen Laminate floors throughout; pets are welcome, as long as they are trained. Please note that I am aware of a few minor wear and tear issues - don’t choose my home if you can’t deal with normal home issues like having a beige carpet with signs of wear limited to only the stairs and piano room. Otis School House Studio

This unique space was designed with details in mind. Every corner of this studio style guest house was lovingly restored and considered. This space was at one time the School House to the Farm. The space is light and airy with furniture designed and made by East Otis Studio. Beautiful original artworks. Gorgeous Linen bedding for the best nights sleep! All this and only a 7 minute drive from downtown Lancaster whilst still feeling like you’re in the countryside.
