Appartamento con arredamento moderno, estremamente curato nei dettagli, pulito e ordinato. La posizione è ottima, molto vicino al mare e alla Via della Costa dei Tranocchi. Daniele e la sua famiglia sono persone gentilissime e attente, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa.

Silvio è stato un ottimo host. Si è reso disponibile a fare il check in in un orario a noi comodo e ci ha accolto con molta gentilezza. Abbiamo apprezzato che sia stato presente senza essere invadente. La casa era pulita e aveva tutti i confort utili per rendere il nostro soggiorno come se fossimo a casa nostra. Consigliamo di scegliere la casa di Silvio!!!

This apartment was perfectly located at the heart of historic Lanciano. Easy walk to all the sites and restaurants. While near the center, it was very quiet and we had a great rest there. The apartment is very clean, new, and pleasantly decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Cinzia is an excellent host. She reached out to provide us with help planning our transportation to Lanciano and when unexpected issues arose from train strikes she kindly arranged a ride for us to her place. We were greeted with a warm welcome and provided help throughout our stay. We very much appreciated the goodies she left for us including snacks juice water etc.We would definitely recommend her place. For anyone coming to witness the Eucharistic Miracle, this airBnB is the best home away from home and only minutes away from the Church.

Bellissima location in mezzo alle colline abruzzesi alle porte di lanciano, casa indipendente con ampi spazi, bellissimo balcone dove pranzare con vista panoramica sulle colline, piscina ad uso privato. Kamala ci ha accolto e ci è sempre stata accanto ed aiutato per ogni necessità. La vacanza è stata bellissima e rigenerante e la casa di kamala è ideale per rilassarsi e godersi le bellissime spiagge e i monti abruzzesi. Consigliatissimo!!

Paul's place is a true gem. There is a big yard that is extremely well taken care of, with lots of beautiful and well thought of details. It has many different areas that you can spend time in, both spots for sun and spots for shade. It is truly amazing sitting there having a morning coffee with a view of a fabulous mountain top. We visited in early June, when the yard was flourishing. Paul had a kind man helping out with the yard and swimming pool, he visited every morning to clean the pool and his visits were mostly timed early, before us guests in the villa had woken up to the new day. The villa's interior was great too, it was super clean and all the interior details was of great quality and condition. Rooms were spacious, all bathrooms good and there was a bathroom in each room, which was very convenient for a group of 8 people. We would warmly recommend this villa, it was even better than we could have expected. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. Thank you!

A Very good stay! It's right on the edge of the historical centre in a beautiful location that makes the rest of Guardiagrele easy to access by foot. The place itself was very clean and had just the right amenities. The only problem was that few restaurants were open in March but that may be different depending on the season. I would higly recommend it!

Soggiornare al Giardino di Sara, ospiti di Alberto e Rosanna è stata un’esperienza molto piacevole. La casa si presenta come nelle foto, con arredamento moderno, tutti i servizi necessari e con una particolare attenzione posta alla totale accessibilità; un’intera camera è infatti dotata di tutti i comfort atti a garantire un soggiorno agevole alle persone con disabilità. L’alloggio è situato in una posizione strategica, che garantisce tranquillità ma anche vicinanza ai luoghi di interesse principali. L’ospitalità che Rosanna e Alberto riservano ai loro ospiti è speciale: dal check-in al check-out sono sempre stati presenti e disponibili a rispondere a ogni nostro bisogno.

Somehow it’s an even prettier apartment than the pictures show! I loved my stay here and Giuseppe/Katia were very helpful and responsive…and even tolerated my poor Italian, haha!
