Een onvergetelijke ervaring. Een perfect verblijf om samen met je beste vrienden te boeken: een bijzonder sfeervol ingericht huisje met een zeer gezellige woonkeuken. Er stond zelfs een schaal met heerlijke verse eitjes voor het ontbijt voor ons klaar. Alles werkte en niets was kapot of verwaarloosd. Beide slaapkamers met aangrenzende badkamers perfect in orde. Zelden zo'n lekker bed gehad. Kraakhelder, fris en prima matrassen. Het uitzicht was echt fenomenaal. Daar hebben we zo van genoten. Het zwembad was helaas nog niet geopend, daarvoor waren we nog te vroeg in het seizoen. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug. Het was een prima uitvalsbasis voor de grotere steden in de omgeving. Kortom; wij hebben afgelopen 5 dagen optimaal genoten met z'n vieren! Zeker een aanrader en in alles de moeite dubbel en dwars waard.

Magdalena hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Haus ist ein schön saniertes altes Bauernhaus. Die Unterkunft wurde mit viel Liebe saniert, bemerkenswert ist die Decke aus Ziegelstein. Von der Unterkunft aus gibt es viele Ausflugsziele, Peschia, Montecarlo...oder die Bergdörfer im Gebirge. Die Straßen ins Gebirge sind jedoch recht eng. Es gibt aber auch eine Zahnrradbahn, die auf den Berg führt.

Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Caterina è sempre stata presente e ci ha dato indicazioni precise e con talmente tanta cura che pensiamo veramente sia uno dei migliori host incontrati fino a questo momento. La casa è deliziosa, arredata con gusto e con tutto ciò che occorre dal dormire al mangiare. Infine la doccia è veramente bella: ampia e comoda, ci si sente in un resort più che in una casa. I dintorni sono pieni di vita e si è appena fuori dalla folla che inizia a 5 minuti a piedi da casa. Per riposarsi è veramente ciò che ci vuole. Consigliato veramente tanto!

Appartamento perfetto per due persone, ben arredato e funzionale. Bagno forse un po' piccolo e ingresso della palazzina poco accogliente. Le finestre isolano totalmente dai rumori esterni e consentono di riposare piacevolmente. Consigliato.

This was a fabulous place, very cozy, lovely bath soaps, coffee, and very safe inside. The hosts were veryy responsive, checked in with me, and gave great recommendations. It is located very near the piazza and activities. I walked everywhere. The only thing I want to mention is that there is an ethnic grocery store outside next to the building and for some reason many men hang around there outside most of the day and into the evening. I am an independent female and chose to go into the store so, overall, it did not bother me and I did not feel unsafe. The men talked loud and played music outside so customers need to know to allow for that, but they were not bothersome. I played music softly from my phone or earbuds. I loved the mechanical shades that lower to allow for sleeping in. The air conditioner worked very well….thankful for it! The recommended restaurant just a few doors down with garden seating was divine. I would stay here again! I would stay here again.

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Het welkom was uitstekend, de gastvrouw legde alles goed uit. Wij hadden het voorste appartement met een boven terras, waardoor je fijn weg kon kijken naar de omgeving. De appartementen zijn een klein beetje gehorig. Waardoor je je buren kan horen. Maar als dat het enige is van deze top locatie 😀

This was the perfect place to stay! Just minutes to the bridge leading to city center along with some fun spots right outside the door. Lots of steps but WORTH IT! The view from the terrace was great and the apartment itself was better than we could’ve asked for! Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone else planning a trip to Florence!

Cet endroit est un bijou, je recommande à 100%! Pour commencer, le logement est magnifique, très propre et bien aménagé, avec une vue spectaculaire. La localisation est parfaite, juste assez loin de Florence mais encore très accessible autant en voiture qu'en autobus. Majla était très gentille et très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. J'y retournerais définitivement!!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l'appartement de Giorgio et Cristina. Notre hôte a toujours été très disponible par message interposé pour répondre à nos questions, nos besoins et s'assurer que tout se passait bien. L'appartement est très agréable et spacieux pour quatre personnes, totalement conforme aux photos. Le lave-vaisselle un est vrai plus lorsque l'on est 4 et que l'on souhaite gagner du temps pour faire autre chose que la vaisselle :-) la vue depuis les fenêtres et la terrasse est magnifique, il n'y règne que le chant des oiseaux, tout en étant tout proche de Pistoia mais aussi de la montagne. Un vrai coup de coeur pour Saturnana où nous aimons venir depuis 13 ans - l'agritourisme où nous avions l'habitude d'aller ayant fermé, nous sommes heureux d'avoir atterri juste à côté à Uliveto où confort, authenticité et plénitude règnent.

La casa è davvero una perla rara, bellissima, arredata con gusto caratterizzata da questa parete quasi interamente panoramica che garantisce una luce incredibile tutto il giorno, letto comodissimo, ampi spazi doppio bagno impeccabile e cucina comoda. La casa ha una posizione perfetta a cinque minuti dal duomo a piedi e da ponte vecchio e tutte le attrazioni principali della città. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di trascorrere qualche notte qui perché non ve ne pentirete davvero.

We booked this Airbnb last minute and it did not disappoint. The views of the Puente Vecchio are amazing. You are also in the middle of all the action with the best restaurants, shopping, museums jewelry stores, and historical buildings no more than 10 mins away. I want to give a special shout out to Matteo, Ciro, Alessandra and the rest of the team for being there for me. This group is practically a concierge service that will assist you in booking any restaurant, taxi, etc. They are truly above and beyond when it comes to service and caring for their guests.

Wow what a perfect place to stay! The balcony is a dream. Everything in the apartment was lovely, elegant yet comfortable, and it made our time in Florence very special. It was a perfect location for walking everywhere in the city. Staying in June, when we would come back to the apartment in the hot afternoons, it was very cool and relaxing.

Carlo and Elena are the sweetest couple and their welcome was so warm and friendly, it made us feel right at home!! There are extra touches like a few things to eat and drink that make a big difference too in feeling home right away. They’re also very reactive and helpful if you need them! The place is beautiful, very thoughtfully decorated and we loved being close to Florence but not in it!! We recommend 100% to stay there after staying for an entire week!

We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. The house was clear, the neighbourhood was peaceful and the hosts were very helpful. A true gem in the centre of Florence. If you want to live a luxury experience in Florence, I highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Emily's apartment is the perfect location to explore Lucca. She was extremely helpful when communicating and very prompt when replying to any queries.

Friendly & super responsive host. Loved the Italian architecture of the building, but comfortable within the renovated interiors of the unit. Stayed in Time room with seniors & a child, had all necessary amenities. Great location, far enough from the chaos yet close to the main square & train station.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
