Holiday rentals with a patio in Landeck District

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Erika mit 3 traumhaften Skifahrtagen. Es war sehr gemütlich und unglaublich sauber! ...und die Marillenmarmelade war der Wahnsinn ;)

Sehr goße Wohnung, schön und funktionell eingerichtet, super schöner Wintergarten zum Frühstücken, Ausstattung war sehr gut, alle Zimmer sehr sauber, Kommunikation mit Tobias top und der Check-In sehr einfach und sogar früher am Tag möglich! Kurz um: absolute Empfehlung!

Beautiful and modern condo. owners put a lot of thought when building and decorating condo. Had a very cozy feel and very clean and not cluttered. The location is great, close to grocery store and a easy walk to the restaurants and also ski lift. Added touches like ambient ceiling lighting and powered blinds were a nice modern touch. So much so, that I am going to copy their wood ceiling with recessed LED lighting in a few of the bedrooms I am renovating in my house. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Meli’s place. It has all essentials and very modern. She personally welcomed us and gave us tips about the area. I will definitely consider the apartment next time I’m visiting the area

Zeer vriendelijke host die je helpt bij al je vragen. Enkele dagen voor aankomst kreeg in een mail opgestuurd met daarin een link naar een eigen website/app met alle informatie over de accomodatie/omgeving/... . Deze app was enorm waardevol. De accomodatie zelf ligt op de rand van Kaunertal, met alles ruim binnen wandelafstand. Alles is zoals omschreven en zoals op de foto's te zien is. Helemaal niks om opmerkingen over te maken!

Beatrice was extremely helpful and very responsive. She helped with tips for the area, The apartment was well placed for our day trips. Had a lovely view. And apartment was clean. The rain did put a little damper but Beatrice cant be faulted for that :-) We had a lovely time in Wenns. One thing to note was parking in the allotted spot may be a challenge if you drive an SUV or MPV., especially if there were other cars parked. We drove an Skoda Octavia. We managed though. Want to thank Beatrice for her warm hospitality and kind consideration. Thank you!

Great place to stay with everything we needed. Ulrike is a great host. Great skiing in st Anton. Kids thought it the best holiday ever!!

Our group of 9 had plenty of space at Elizabeth’s place to enjoy our holiday. We especially enjoyed the yard and the fact there was a path along a beautiful river just behind the house. One can easily walk to a beautiful waterfall and also enjoy a hanging bridge in a nearby town. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms spacious. There is one large bathroom with laundry machines, a double sink, two showers, and 2 toilets. One toilet has its own door, but this configuration is not as private as a completely separate second toilet. We loved staying in an authentic older Austrian house in a beautiful area. It was easy to check in. Elisabeth communicated quickly and was very helpful.

Paulina und Tobi sind super freundlich, flexibel und unkompliziert. Das apartment ist top und hat alles was man für einen tollen skiurlaub braucht. Gerne wieder

We enjoyed the apartment very much. It is finished to a high standard. Gregor and his family made us feel very welcome and were flexible on check-in etc; overall a beautiful place to stay and a great base for multiple mountaineering, walking, climbing and skiing objectives.

My self and my family had the best summer holiday staying at Alexis place, the flat is beautiful and luxury, Alexis was very responsive and very helpful to all our needs, if your looking for a nice holidays in the alps this is definitely the place to choose, highly recommended.

Ich war rundum zufrieden mit der Wohnung und dem Kontakt mit Simone vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out. Es war immer eine gute Erreichbarkeit gegeben. Ich war für 6 Wochen in der Wohnung und auch für den längeren Aufenthalt ist alles in der Wohnung, was man braucht. Zudem ist die Wohnung relativ ruhig gelegen mit trotzdem guter Erreichbarkeit der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Wenn mal wieder ein Aufenthalt in Imst ansteht, dann gerne wieder in der Unterkunft von Simone.

Bart ist ein toller Gastgeber, der mit seiner Ferienwohnung absolut keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig und sehr hochwertig und liebevoll. Sie bietet sicher zu jeder Jahreszeit einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen jeglicher Art und anschließend ein schönes „ Zuhause „.
