With the Aenna Apart, built in 2023, we offer premium apartments with a cozy ambience and privacy. Friends spend unique moments here, but couples also report the "nest feeling" that the apartments radiate. Warmth is our first priority - you can enjoy your peace here, but also get valuable information and tips. The central location allows you to easily and quickly reach several hiking areas in no time.

Hotel with natural swimming pond

Family-run Hotel Garni in the middle of the Tyrolean Alps. Very central yet quiet location with in-house natural swimming pond (only open in summer), a cozy wellness area; room with balcony or terrace, continental breakfast included. With us you can feel at home. Please note that the tax per person/per day €3.70 and the local surcharge of €7.50 per person per day are not yet included in the price.

Leo's vacation farm

Experience your vacation days in a rustic old farm. The house was renovated in 2014. With 7 rooms, up to 14 adults can be accommodated without an extra bed. In the house there are 2 showers and 4 toilets. Heating is provided by biomass central heating. The original farmhouse parlor with tiled stove serves as a living room and the kitchen is additionally equipped with a wood stove.

Apartment 1

Apartment 1 is 69 m² and has enough space for 4-7 people. It has two bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom with shower and toilet (hair dryer available). From the balcony or terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of our valley. The perfect day of vacation ends in our spacious wellness area. Bathrobes and sauna towels are of course provided sufficiently.

Apartment Sonnenhang in Fliess/Tyrol

Our cozy apartments located in the sunny village of Fliess in the western part Tyrol are perfect for vacations for the whole family. The fully equipped apartments offer many amenities such as a fully automated coffee machine, flat screen TV, hardwood floors and much more. During your stay you can use the OUTDOOR SWIMMING INFINITY POOL in the summer month.
