Wonderful place with everything you need!

We booked the place for a weekend. The communication and check-in were super straightforward. Everything was clean and tidy. In addition, the accommodation offers lots of space. In the garden we were greeted by the two ducks and were able to listen to the stream. We would love to come back :)

We had a very nice vacation in Elfriede's apartment. The apartment was very nice, everything tip-top and clean, everything you need was available. There was also a very nice large terrace. There is a small supermarket, a village café, a restaurant by the lake where you can eat well. Everything is easily accessible. Our dog also felt very comfortable. We found the apartment exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was very clean and tidy. The location is great. Everything is very centrally located. Only short walking distances. Shopping as well as great restaurants are all within walking distance. The check-in and also the check-out were super easy and understandable in the messages described in advance by Claus. Glad to come back. We had a great time.

We liked the place and the hosts were very friendly. The location is ideal for skiing and offers good shopping. If you want to use the kitchen, however, you should bring your own basic amenities such as vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, baking paper, sponge and detergent.

Great place to stay if you want to ski in Sölden or Gurgl and are willing to drive a little. The location is great and you can easily park your car. It is situated next to a small stream so very soothing if you sleep with the window open. Otherwise all that we needed and really enjoyed our stay!

Emma was excellent. Apartment is in a great location. 5 minute walk to nearby apres ski, restaurants, lake front, and about 7 minutes away from the ski hill. Apartment would fit 4 comfortably. Pricey, but every hotel/airBnB in Zell am see is expensive. Would recommend and stay at again.

We were very happy with the choice. A great appartment close to a small shop with access to numerous walking/running trails. Zell am See only a short drive away, has numerous quality restaurants. Access to lake for swimming and boat hire within a short walk.

We stayed 3 nights in apartment 8. The apartment was on the top floor overlooking the slopes and has a balcony. Spacious enough for four of us. It is about a 10 minute walk to the gondola with the ski equipment. Furthermore, a great base for Ehrwald and the glacier.

The accommodation is fantastically beautiful in nature, ♥️ the terrace and the garden are beautiful and we felt so comfortable. We'd love to come back

It’s a huge private property with great price for the value. The equipment of the kitchen is great, the rooms were very clean. Facilities for children to play right in the garden. I nearby ski piste (Serlesbahnen) is great for small kids to learn, the magic carpet is right near the parking lot, no need to take the cabin.

I really enjoyed my stay; the view was surreal, like a dream. The villa’s location is excellent, and I highly recommend everyone to book with them. Thank you for creating beautiful memories for me in this unforgettable place. Jawaher ❤️ Qatar

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage! It was perfectly equipped and provided everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The quiet location and proximity to nature and the nearby ski resort made the stay particularly relaxing. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Everything was as expected

The apartment is small but nice. Had everything it needed, there was also a supermarket nearby. Parking was also available. There were only two of us, it was great for us. For more than two people maybe a little cuddly. But we can definitely recommend the place

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The property is very cozy and homely. We had the peace we had hoped for in the midst of this great landscape. Selma was available whenever we needed her, but she was also discreet. Although the apartment is in the same house, it still feels very private. We can really highly recommend this accommodation and we would always come back here for a vacation.

Eric's place was very tidy, had all the advertised amenities. One does need a car though, especially if going for skiing. The surroundings are very peaceful, I strongly recommend Eric's place.

A very stylish decor with a wonderful pine fragrance, the kitchen fully equipped - we lacked nothing. After skiing, we were able to enjoy the warmth of the infrared sauna well to relax.

we stayed with 3 people in the apartment. The sofa bed with topper is a great place to sleep for the 3rd and possibly 4th person. Everything is present in the apartment and it is very clean. A perfect stay for skiing in Seefeld. Also nice base for hiking in the karwendel area. Jan responds quickly and is friendly. Great price-quality ratio.
