Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Charming and characterful house

A charming house with a tower renovated with all comforts in 2024. The market tower is right in the center of the village of Allanche. Thanks to its central location, the bakery, the butcher shop, supermarkets, bars,... are within walking distance. The house has 2 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with 3-level bunk bed. There is also a baby bed on site. Come and relax in the heart of the Massif Central, nature and all the summer activities await you.

Enjoying a great location, this house with a sheltered jacuzzi will allow you to relax quietly all year round The house is fully equipped. Bed linen, towels are provided. Baby kit including umbrella bed, sheets, high chair, sunbed, bath seat can be rented to you for 30 euros for the duration of the stay, this amount is to be paid in cash upon arrival

Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station.
