Stay in a unique location just outside Amsterdam! This renovated, spacious home in Landsmeer offers comfort for 9 people. There are 4 bedrooms (upstairs), 3 showers (downstairs), 2 toilets (downstairs), and a garden. Close to the bustling city on the edge of a nature reserve. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the center of Amsterdam by public transportation. The bus stop is at 50m. A (Uber) taxi to town is barely 15 minutes. This house is not suitable for children between 6 months and 4 years.

Our beautiful houseboat is only 12 min from Amsterdam centre by train & 5 min from the famous Zaanse Schans windmills! Use our boat to visit the local mills in the nature area, relax in the large sunny garden or on our spacious terrace boat! It's the ideal location to enjoy a relaxed holiday and also be close to all the famous attractions! A rowing boat and bikes are available (for free) so you can enjoy all the attractions in the area near the houseboat! We're looking forward to meeting you!

Comfy studio, free e-bikes 10 min from Amsterdam

Compact studio for 2 persons, 10 minutes from Amsterdam. Beautifull view over the pastures, the tipical Dutch 19th century sight located in a unique wild reserve. The studio is equiped with a kitchen, bathtub and underfloor heating. You can take the bike, hire a canoe, hike or just relax. The bus gets you to the center of Amsterdam in 15 minutes. Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

The accommodation is very complete, with a modern kitchen with microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher and flat screen TV. You can also use the dining table with four chairs. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has two bedrooms with a double bed in each bedroom. In the room, there is a sofa bed that provides extra sleeping space, dining room table with six chairs and a flat-screen TV. In the shower room, you can use the washing machine and dryer.

Are you tired of the city? Are you looking for a special destination for a vacation in your own country? I would like to welcome you to my unique location in the middle of the countryside of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. The ferry is, by the way, private property, and is only used by my guests.
