We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter and 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens and Poinsett State Park. It is only 2 hours to Myrtle Beach and Charleston, SC & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it is conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to put your feet up and rest.

Relax in the hot tub in your own private oasis or gather with friends and family around the fire pit. Multiple bird feeders and grand live oaks, magnolias, fruit trees and a kitchen garden. Chefs kitchen will be stocked with fresh eggs, herbs and seasonal veggies. Sit and sip on the porch while enjoying the views of farmer's field and listing to the moos of the cows. Groups welcome!

The Boat Shed

This can be your quiet getaway at the duck farm as you relax in the Boat Shed beside the pond. You will have the entire house to yourself complete with kitchen, living space, bedroom, full bath with shower. There is a loft on each end of the tiny house best suited for children and teens. The front porch faces the pond with four acres & ducks. Canoes are available fully equipped with life jackets and paddles. Swimming is allowed with adult supervision, including a rope swing and zip line.

It’s also very close to popular wedding venues: Somerset Point, Pineland Village, & Old Santee Canal Park. Pinopolis is less than 20 miles from Summerville & the Volvo area, 40 miles from coastal beaches, and just 45 minutes away from Downtown Charleston. It’s a great location for work or play!

Your pets are welcome (max of 2, please). We offer king bed in master, 3 wall-mounted TV's (two 55” & one 32”), coffee bar with Keurig, strong WiFi. We also use 100% cotton sheets and quilts for your maximum sleeping comfort. Absolutely no smoking ON OUR PROPERTY ($200 extra fee). Come stay with us. 🙂
