Huset er indrettet med en stue med tekøkken, badeværelse med brus og et lille soveværelse med en seng på 140 cmx200 cm. Herfra er der udgang til en terrasse, hvor man kan nye en kop kaffe i solen med udsigt til haven. Der er tale om en enestående bolig, med en fortid som kunstnerhjem. Sophielund er et meget stort, unikt og smukt landsted, et rigtigt hjem beliggende i naturskønne, rolige omgivelser med skov som nabo og tæt på Gudenåen . I kan gå, vandre, løbe og cykle (mountainbike ) og bade. Togstation 1 km . Indkøb 800 m. Beliggenhed mellem Viborg, Århus, Silkeborg og Randers. Perfekt til en stor familie eller en mindre gruppe (max 8) med plads til hygge og aktiviteter. Opladning af el-bil på Østergade eller v. den lokale Brugs - ca. 700 meter fra ejendommen.

My beautiful house is 83 m2 with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a pull-out bed. A bed can be made for a 5th person. There is a baby chair, games and toys for children. A lovely kitchen-dining room with access to an old but cozy garden room, from which you can enjoy the beautiful garden. It takes approx. 15 minutes to walk into the center of Randers. If you drive into Randers, it is cheap to park next to the bus station = DKK 7/hour.
