The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Relaxation in the countryside and the city

Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (10 und 16 Jahre) und wohnen im Zentrum eines kleinen netten Dorfes. Die zu buchende Unterkunft ist eine Einleger Wohnung in unserem Wohnhaus. Hier im Dorf gibt es 2 Gasthäuser und einen kleinen Laden in dem man alles Notwendige findet. Fußballplatz und Spielplatz sind gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben eine schöne Aussicht über das Rheintal. Welcome to the Sonnenhalde in Sigmarszell. Our small cozy apartment is located in a beautiful quiet location. From the small terrace you have a magnificent view of our local mountains “Pfänder,” “Hoher Freschen” and “Hohe Kugel.” Lake Constance and the island town of Lindau are about 6 km away and can be reached quickly by car or on quiet bike paths. Interesting biking, cycling and hiking tours are possible directly from the house.

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!
