Het polderhuisje is een oase van rust midden in de randstad. Het is recent ver-nieuw-bouwt en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De wifi werkt uitstekend in alle ruimtes. Perfecte plek voor vakantie en om rustig te kunnen werken. Het polderhuisje ligt centraal: het strand (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) en Utrecht (30km). Beautifully located in the countryside along the river Kromme Mijdrecht: excellent swimming water accessible via a private jetty. Great area for walking and cycling. Very centrally located, driving distance to the airport is 20 minutes, to Amsterdam is 30 minutes and to The Hague, Rotterdam , Utrecht or Zandvoort beach is only 45 minutes. Private parking and a charging station are available.

The apartment is situated in a quiet area and in 5 minutes you are in the center of Roelofarendsveen with various shops and restaurants.
