Our Hostel on the Lek is located at the foot of the dike in an orchard, the cottage has beautiful views over the typical Dutch polder. The Inn is a circular and sustainably built tiny house. For example, the insulation of wood fiber, the cupboard doors made from bottle cups and the curtains of old jeans are, among other things. You enter the living room with dining table and kitchen. A quiet place in the middle of the greenery, where you can relax and enjoy the space around you. The vacation home is full of comforts and suitable for those who want to get away from it all. The old Wagenschuur on the river Lek.

This beautiful cottage used to be a 100-year-old carriage house, of which old beams have remained visible as much as possible. The cottage is located in the yard of our 400-year-old monumental Krukhuis farm, where we live with our sheep, chickens and dog. The cottage has its own outdoor seating. Opposite the farm are the floodplains of the river Lek with the many nice little beaches. And a stone's throw away is the cozy silver town of Schoonhoven.
