Queen-sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, blackout curtains, towel warmer, compact washer/dryer in unit, and free street parking. We are dog friendly. I'm pleased to share my latest design after a two year renovation project! This finished basement has been totally renovated and designed with lots of great amenities! It features secure parking, a private entrance, brand new kitchenette area and private bathroom, dedicated workspace, LOTS of windows for natural lighting, a blackout curtain in the bedroom, and the entire ceiling has been soundproofed! Arnold and Tom were great -- I was ill for much of my stay (not what hosts want!), and they actually offered to prepare meals for me! The overall space was, as the hosts indicated, a bit cold, though that was alleviated by the provided electric space heater. For me, the only downside was that the kitchen area did not have a sink, which I missed. There was an excellent washer/dryer, which was occasionally (and not at all intrusively) shared with the hosts. Good bathroom and shower.

Enjoyed the stay. Stayed for a week to visit family. Studio was clean and comfortable with great facilities. Ability to prepare food before heading out. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Great communication guide from host. Close to a lot of activities, food, and shopping. The most comfortable visitor was the cat that came by a couple of times. Would return and recommend to friends!

I had a wonderful stay at Clever Lodge in Silver Spring. The pictures are current and accurate. The location is in a peaceful established neighborhood with lovely yards and homes. Donna was very responsive, and we connected easily through Airbnb messages. There was plenty of space to set-up a work area in a second room off the hallway and easy storage for cloths and luggage in the bedroom. The WiFi was reliable and I never noticed any bandwidth issues while working or streaming movies. Donna also knows the area well if you are looking for information or recommendations.
