Great quirky, spacious, 3rd floor attic flat with high-quality modern fitout, interesting beams and angular walls. Good views of the boats in the harbour. Well-located within a 20-minute walk to the old town and a few minutes' walk from a range of excellent restaurants, near the head of the harbour. Underground paid parking opposite is expensive; however, free on-street parking is available 10 minutes walk away most days. No lift but good stairs. We enjoyed it very much.

We had a great stay in this apartment. Joël and Catherine were very welcoming and warm. The house was spotless, very clean and perfectly equipped. It is ideally located, just a few steps from the beach, in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. It was the perfect place for a quiet seaside vacation. We'll be happy to go back!

Philippe and Lydie gave us a warm, simple and attentive welcome, which immediately set the tone for the stay: friendly and relaxing. The area is really ideal for recharging. Located in Kervignac, in a very quiet hamlet, the accommodation offers a magnificent view of the sea, almost unreal at sunrise and sunset. The tranquility of the place, the birdsong, the salty air and the proximity to nature make it a small haven of peace. It is an excellent starting point for exploring the region: Lorient, Erdeven, the Étel estuary or the beaches of Morbihan are only a few minutes away. Privileged location with breathtaking views of the estuary. Location that makes it very easy to visit the surroundings. Very nice accommodation, very well equipped in a peaceful environment. We particularly appreciated the responsiveness of the host, the thoughtful touches on our arrival and the quality of the bedding.

Listing as described. Clean, nothing is missing, the bedding is excellent. Courtyard to park the car, the land is closed for children. The accommodation is in a very quiet cul-de-sac close to shops. Plus a breathtaking view of the Ria d'Etel. The coastal path begins at the bottom of the garden. Patrick is a particularly friendly and accommodating host. To be repeated, in the meantime I recommend it without any problem.

As a couple, we benefited from the accommodation during a stay in Brittany. The accommodation is stylishly decorated and its location allows you to reach the key points of the region. We followed Gaëlle's advice and were not disappointed by the restaurant mentioned in her guide. The coast is quickly reached 15-20 min for surfing on different spots. I would highly recommend this listing.
