We are renting our newly renovated apartment with stunning views of the harbor. The residence is located on the port of Crouesty, Swimming pool and paddling pool (OPEN from June 15 to September 15), ping-pong table, children's games, bike room. Fogeo Beach is a 300-meter walk: sailing club, boat rental, paddle, equestrian center, mini-golf, diving club, MICKEY club. - shops and restaurants - Thalassotherapy 100 m away - Casino - Port-Navalo wharf to the islands - entertainment ++

Peaceful accommodation on the top floor of a small building of 6 apartments located in a secure residence. Has all the assets to satisfy the youngest and the oldest. Beautiful ocean views from the living room and mezzanine bedroom. Direct access to the beach, its sailing club, tennis courts... a two-minute walk and 3 minutes from the port of Crouesty with its shops, bars and restaurants, casino... Large swimming pool open in summer and 200 m from the Miramar and its thalassotherapy.

Draps et linge de toilette non fournis (ménage à réaliser par le voyageur) Piscine du 22 juin à septembre. Info à partir de septembre : des travaux sont en cours dans la résidence.

Refurbished studio in a very good location with views of the port of Crouesty, well equipped, sofa bed with a very comfortable real bed, mezzanine bed for a child. Equipped kitchen with induction hob, Tassimo, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, fan. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine. Shops, beaches, restaurants, thalassotherapy within walking distance €50 fee for cleaning not done. SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED. Self check-in with the key box.

Beautiful apartment of 36 m2, including a bedroom with double bed, a cabin with window and bunk beds, a bathroom and a shower room with toilet, a bright living room (with equipped open kitchen) overlooking a balcony of 7 m2 overlooking the port. The apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet residence, with private parking, swimming pool (from mid-June to mid-September), and wifi. Access to the beach, shops, restaurants and thalassotherapy can be reached on foot.

In the heart of the port of Crouesty, offering many restaurants and shops, a short walk from Fogeo Beach and the Miramar Thalasso, I am an elegant 24 m2 studio that can accommodate 4 people. Mini hammam in the shower, 2x spa bath (which replaces the Nordic bath in photo 1), 5.1 home theater in the room. *To have a pleasant stay in summer and winter, we lend two bicycles at no extra cost.
