Modern cottage with three bedrooms and great location in many ways. The cabin was newly built in 2020, has brand new furniture, interiors and equipment. PS wood-burning stove in living room is out of use. On the terrace there is a hot water hot tub ready to be enjoyed 24/7 all year round! The cottage is located in the small village of Spjutvik 23 kilometers from Sortland. This is an idyllic and quiet place, yet it is a short distance to the small town of Sortland where you will find most of the facilities a city should have.

Location between Tromsø and Lofoten Rich wildlife in the area, opportunities to see moose, otters, white-tailed eagles, whales, reindeer, etc. Pier can be used, possibility of using kayaks (weather permitting). Own apartment on the 2nd floor in the garage with a balcony, bathroom, combined kitchen and living room with a double bed for two people, a sofa bed for two people and two extra guest beds. There is also a home cinema system. Short drive to Lofoten, moose safari, reindeer farm, whale watching and other nature experiences.

A cozy cottage with an ocean view in a tranquil island, a place where you can start to explore the beauty of Vesterålen. My husband and I started our project in 2017 and finished it in the end of July 2024. I’ve been obsessed with the bay window where I can see the beauty of the view through all the seasons which give me such a different moment in every season to take on. In this modern residence, you can seek peace and relax in a beautiful landscape. It is located rurally at the end of Eidsfjorden in Vesterålen, about 15 km from the center of Sortland. Suitable as a starting point for trips to Øksnes, Andøya, Hadsel and Lofoten. There are also great hiking/summit ski areas right outside the house. The area is rich in sea eagles and there is a high probability that you will be able to spot one. You can also rent a boat for fishing in the fjord.
