Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

The MANSARDE is idyllically quiet on the upper floor of our converted barn and is high quality and at the same time functionally spacious. Ideal if you are traveling for business or looking for a temporary home for a longer period of time. Due to the furnishings, this apartment is ideally suited for long-term rental and therefore no pets are allowed. A maximum of 2 adults can be accommodated in the double bed. For a maximum of 2 children, there are guest beds to pull out.

Our apartment is located on the upper floor of a residential and commercial building on the outskirts of Langwedel - Völkersen. It can be reached via the rear garden and an external staircase. The covered terrace (garden side) is about 30 m². The apartment consists of a large, cozy living room (sleeping couch) with dining table. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and the option to add a crib. There is a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment, completed in 2017, is located on the upper floor of our old farm, which is located in a village near Langwedel in a cul-de-sac. It has a spacious bedroom, a shower room and a spacious living room with dining table and a large window to the south, which offers a magnificent view of the garden and the horse pastures. The 60 sqm apartment, completed in early 2020, is located on the 1st floor of a wooden house directly on Molkereistraße at the exit of Fischerhude. The Hamburg-Bremen cycle path leads past the house and it is only 10 km by bike to Bremen through the Wümmeniederung nature reserve. Bicycles can be rented in the village and there is a lockable shed for storage. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower.
