Despite its small size, this compact studio is well arranged and bright. It is equipped with a bathroom, kitchenette and a double bed on the mezzanine. This is accessed by a steep staircase, so not recommended for people with limited mobility. The accommodation has a balcony and on the other side a private entrance from the parking lot. A seven-minute walk to the attractive village, crossed by the Nantes – Brest Canal, there are shops including the bakery, supermarket, banks and restaurants.

The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. Spacious, renovated and equipped, to comfortably accommodate 4 people, bright and pleasant with all the comforts necessary for your stay. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by greenery and calm. It is very warm, cozy and practical. You are in the heart of a splendid region, just 45 minutes from the sea or Quimper. In the evening, around an herbal tea, you can choose between a wood fire in the garden or the wood stove on the couch. A real pleasure, go for your head down!

Extraordinary apartment, with a sublime view of Pléneuf beach, we never tire of looking at the sea from the large glass windows. Luxury amenities. Only beds would deserve to be bigger and more comfortable: double beds are 160 and mattresses could be better. In addition: parking with GreenUp plug.
