Cottage holiday rentals in Lanjarón

At Casa Lopez, we stayed for 1.5 months as 5 adults, a child, and a dog. Occasionally, we were up to 10 people, but space was never an issue. The villa is beautiful with stunning views of the mountains and surroundings. The mountain road to the villa adds charm, and the place feels comfortable and safe—even accessible with a Fiat 500. The villa is more spacious than the photos suggest. Rafael, the host, showed us all the amenities: pool, Jacuzzi, and game room—all in perfect order. We also worked from the villa using the internet without any issues. The area is picturesque, close to beaches, mountains, and towns, with plenty to do. The hosts are very kind and helpful, even recommending a mechanic when needed. After 1.5 months, we still felt their warmth and friendliness. Leaving Casa Lopez was emotional for us. So, I recommend the villa for vacations, as well as a place where after work you can open some wine and jump into the pool. I wish everyone an equally wonderful stay.

El sitio es increíble si buscas desconectar. Tranquilo, bonito y con unas vistas espectaculares que invitan a relajarse. Los anfitriones son muy majos, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier cosa. Sin duda alguna volveré!

Carmen is heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze reageert heel snel op berichten. We kregen een warm welkom met een lekker fruitmandje en uitleg hoe alles werkt. Heerlijk huis om bij te komen en vakantie te vieren en dus zeker een aanrader. Enig minpuntje is slecht wegdek onderweg er naartoe en navigatie geeft eigenlijk andere locatie aan. De weg is denk ik beter begaanbaar met een terrein wagen of auto met 4 wiel aandrijving.

Vi hyrde Raquels vackra hus en vecka, för semester med familjen. Utsikten från altanen är makalöst vacker! Vi hade tillgång till pool och jacuzzi, vilket kändes oerhört lyxigt. Huset hade alla tänkbara bekvämligheter. Både Raquel och hennes syster var lätta att kommunicera med. Svarade snabbt och tydligt samt gav jättebra rekommendationer om lokala restauranger och annat. Vi stortrivdes i detta fantastiska hus och med Raquel som värd. Rekommenderar starkt en vistelse här! Vi kommer garanterat tillbaka!

We had a really great time in Madre Tierra. Rafa welcomed us and was really helpful for any request we had. The house is comfy, calm and with a great view, close to nice mountain paths. Totally recommended. Thanks again Rafa!

Casa Anna Maria was the perfect place for us providing peace, tranquility and the most beautiful scenery. The home has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The pictures don’t do it justice, it exceeded all our expectations.

José was an amazing host, always responsive and the villa was unbelievable. The views were incredible and everything matched the pictures so perfectly but was even more spacious than we thought. Would come back again and recommend to anyone 100%

Casa Alicia je idealne ubytovanie pre tych, co maju radi pokoj a krasnu prirodu, ktora je jedinecna hlavne na jar. Zial sme mali v aprili trichu blaznive pocasie, striedalo sa slnecne pocasie s dazdom aj chladom, ale to nie je chyba hostitelky. Toto ubytovanie odporucam pre tych, ktori hladaju ticho a klud. Wir haben uns bei Mónica rundum wohl gefühlt! Die Lage des Hauses ist in den Bergen und damit sehr privat und ruhig. Alles war super sauber, Mónica hat sich bestens um unsere Ankunft gekümmert und uns schon vorab Tipps für die Organisation gegeben, die sehr praktisch waren. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Der Aufenthalt war einfach super! Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Gastgeber waren stets hilfsbereit und die Lage des Hauses war atemberaubend und sehr ruhig. Die Aussicht war einfach traumhaft egal ob vom Pool aus oder von der Terrasse! Auch die Einrichtung war sehr gut abgestimmt und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Casa muy acogedora. Entorno único y bien cuidado. Hemos disfrutado mucho en familia, sobre todo nuestro perro que pudo correr agusto por el jardín que está muy bien vallado y era seguro para el. La comunicación con Esther perfecta. Volveremos seguro!

Catalina’s place and Frigiliana itself are wonderful spaces. Could not fault the comms. The house is in a quiet space and well looked after. The one thing to suggest would be the introduction of air con. As it was 39/40 degrees in June, this would have been much welcomed. Given the need to maintain the historic infrastructure of the buildings in Frigiliana, this is clearly a tricky position to navigate. A general note to anyone wishing to visit Frigiliana is that this is, at its heart, a beautiful, historic, hillside town. This requires carrying of luggage some distance (wherever you stay in town…) so this needs to be factored in. Given the above, if you want a space to explore the town and the coast at Nerja, do consider Catalina’s space to do so…

A little slice of heaven. It truly was perfection, from the moment we booked to the moment we left, we felt it was a home away from home. Bruno and Gert were the perfect hosts, we stayed in the studio near the pool, and it was fully equipped with everything we could need or want. It truly was a fantastic experience staying here and we will 100% be back. I couldn’t finish this review without a special mention to the 4 doggies, who made this stay extra special for us and made us want to spend more time in the villa to spend time with the doggies. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinem, ruhigen Vorort nahe Granada und ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit besonderem Stiel. Es ist mit allem Ausgestattet, was man so braucht und sehr gepflegt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Man fühlt sich direkt Wohl. Auf der Dachterasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick über die Gegend und den Bergen im Hintergrund. Einen kleinen Nachteil hat das Haus für Leute, die Schwierigkeiten beim Treppensteigen haben, da diese doch sehr schmal und steil sind. Für uns war dies aber kein Problem. Zur Zeit (Mai 2023) wird der Platz vor dem Haus renoviert und es kann zu einer erhöten Geräuschkulisse führen. Wir waren immer früh unterwegs, deshalb hatte uns dies nicht viel ausgemacht. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich. Für das Frühstück gibt es gleich um zwei Ecken eine leckere Bäckerei. Für mich ist der Aufenthalt dort eine Empfehlung für Leute die dem Stress entrinnen wollen

We had a great stay in the apartment of Cortes. We were lucky that we were the only ones so we had the whole venue for ourselves. The house has thick walls so that means that it is cool inside. Also it is up on a hill which makes temperature nice during hot summer days. The house is in a quite residential area nearby Padul. You definitely need a car to go around. There is a Spar supermarket nearby. Padul is a small town in the province with some shops, bars and restaurants. Nice to have your coffee there in the morning. Cortes reacts very fast and comes up with suggestions in Granada or other places. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Granada this is your place to be!

What a fantastic place with amazing surroundings. We loved it so much. The incredible views, the lovely various cosy places to sit outside and chill at the pool or BBQ. Hiking up the mountain behind the house was a surprising lovely walk with a perfect 360 view on top. Amazing mango trees everywhere and lovely flowers all around. We just love this Andalusian hidden gem!

Simplemente fantástico, justo lo que estaba buscando, a la casa no le faltaba detalle, súper cómoda, limpia, mucha tranquilidad, los anfitriones estaban pendientes y respondían rápido, muy recomendable.

A little difficult to find if you arrive after dark, but very detailed and easy to follow instructions. Absolutely stunning views. Beautiful location and house. The hole family really enjoyed the stay from the little ones to the grandparents. Some great local restaurants and bars but by far our favourite was the Mambo on Toronto beach, only about a 5 minute drive when you get of the mountain track. 100% would stay again and will definitely recommend to all.

Wir wurden herzlich von Reijer in Empfang genommen. Zur Begrüßung gab es auch noch eine gute Flasche Wein, die wir bei Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse genossen. Vor dem Haus ein großer Zitronenhain…der Duft war betörend! Der Start war einfach perfekt! Die Casita ist wunderschön und stilvoll dekoriert und perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man brauchen könnte. Die Möglichkeit, uns sowohl auf der Terrasse mit tollem Blick als auch im schönen grünen Innenhof zu entspannen, haben wir sehr genossen. Schon vor der Ankunft empfahl uns Reijer verschiedene Wanderungen und auch ansonsten war die Kommunikation mit ihm stets hilfreich, nett und unmittelbar. Das Bett war sehr bequem mit einer guten Matratze und am Morgen der Blick vom Bett aus dem Fenster auf die Berge ist nicht zu toppen 👍 Wir empfehlen die Casita zu 100% weiter.
