La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

The stone house is surrounded by a flowered and wooded garden of 2000 m2. We offer a large garden with heated pool (from April to September) as well as a buried living room ideal for sharing good times. The house is composed of a large living room, a mezzanine relaxation area, an equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. Baby equipment available. Linens are not provided.

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.
