Located in Plouégat-Guerand between the bay of Morlaix in Finistère, the Pink Granite coast in the Côtes d'Armor, and the well-known Ploumanac'h, enjoy a breath of fresh air in the countryside, in this independent gîte full of character. Quiet, 6 minutes from the beaches of Locquirec and Plestin-les-Grèves. Private space in the house with living room, small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Over 1,000 comics of all kinds (complete series) are available in the private living room.

Le Petit Vilar

Le Petit Vilar is an old outbuilding recently renovated in a very quiet and wooded site. The entire property is on one level. It is located close to the GR 34 and many short hiking trails. The nearest beach is about ten minutes away by car. The village of Locquénolé, with its café-grocery store, Romanesque and Baroque church and Liberty tree, is within walking distance. The accommodation does not include a TV but is equipped with wifi. Bike shelter.

All shops nearby (pharmacy, bakery, butcher, Super U, fishmonger, cinema...). 5 minutes' drive to the beaches, GR, water activities. Kermaria is a tiny, warm, very quiet and well-equipped holiday home with a large tree-lined garden. Discover the bay of Morlaix and shine in Finistère from a house that we try to make as nice, practical and cozy as possible. Dourduff harbour is down the road, Térénez 10 minutes away, and the historic town of Morlaix also 10 minutes away by the magnificent river road. Plouézoc'h and its local shops are 400m away.

"Les Hirondelles"

5 km from the beaches of Locquirec, in the countryside, we built this guest room in an old outbuilding in 2020, independent of the main house. Garden available, pond, Adirondack chairs to relax. Pets not allowed. For cyclists, we are 4 km from the Voie Verte and the GR34, a secure room is available for bicycles. Possibility of free repairs as far as possible. Linen provided. Optional breakfast at a price of €6.50

The Folgalbin House

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.
