Nous proposons un grand jardin avec piscine chauffée (du mois d’avril au mois de septembre) ainsi qu'un salon enterré idéal pour partager de bons moments. La maison est composée d'un grand salon-séjour, d'une mezzanine espace détente, d'une cuisine équipée, de 5 chambres, 2 salles de bain et 1 WC. Equipement bébé disponible. Le linge de maison n’est pas fourni actuellement.

Le Courlis est une petite maison bretonne typique, mitoyenne mais totalement indépendante que ce soit par sa cour et son parking privé. Située à moins de 5mn des plages de Locquirec et de Plestin-les-Grèves , elle a une capacité d'accueil de 3 personnes. Rénovée en 2020, elle propose tout le confort pour un agréable séjour. Il faut préciser que l'escalier est de type "économiseur d'espace" et non adapté aux personnes ayant des difficultés de déplacement.

The house is located 650 m from Vilin Izella beach. A road and a path allow you to reach it along a stream. The Beg Ar Fri point, less than 1 km away, offers many magnificent views. The stone house is surrounded by a 2000 m2 flower and tree garden. It has been completely renovated to offer comfort in summer and winter with a large living room equipped with underfloor heating and wooden flooring. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Dourduff harbour is down the road, Térénez 10 minutes away, and the historic town of Morlaix also 10 minutes away by the magnificent river road. Plouézoc'h and its local shops are 400m away.

The Folgalbin House

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.
