Villa familiale de 200m² sans vis à vis parfaite pour des vacances paisibles à 5 minutes des plages en voiture. Nous proposons un grand jardin avec piscine chauffée (du mois d’avril au mois de septembre) ainsi qu'un salon enterré idéal pour partager de bons moments. La maison est composée d'un grand salon-séjour, d'une mezzanine espace détente, d'une cuisine équipée, de 5 chambres, 2 salles de bain et 1 WC. Equipement bébé disponible. Le linge de maison n’est pas fourni actuellement.

La maison est située à 650 m de la plage de Vilin Izella. Une route et un chemin vous permettent de la rejoindre le long d’un ruisseau. La pointe de Beg Ar Fri à moins d’1 km offre de nombreux points de vue magnifiques. La maison en pierre est entourée d’un jardin fleuri et arboré de 2000 m2. Elle a été entiérement rénovée pour offrir confort été comme hiver avec un grand salon équipé d’un plancher chauffant et d’un parquet en bois. Nous espérons que vous l’apprécierez autant que nous.

Quiet, 6 minutes from the beaches of Locquirec and Plestin-les-Grèves. Private space in the house with living room, small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Over 1,000 comics of all kinds (complete series) are available in the private living room.

Dans toutes ses pièces, vous profiterez d'une vue panoramique sur la baie de Perros-Guirec qui invite à la détente et à la contemplation... Idéalement située au cœur de Perros-Guirec et avec son accès direct à la plage, il s'agit du lieu idéal, en famille ou entre amis, pour votre séjour sur la Côte de Granit Rose.

Le Courlis : à 3 minutes des plages

Le Courlis est une petite maison bretonne typique, mitoyenne mais totalement indépendante que ce soit par sa cour et son parking privé. Située à moins de 5mn des plages de Locquirec et de Plestin-les-Grèves , elle a une capacité d'accueil de 3 personnes. Rénovée en 2020, elle propose tout le confort pour un agréable séjour. Il faut préciser que l'escalier est de type "économiseur d'espace" et non adapté aux personnes ayant des difficultés de déplacement.

The Folgalbin House

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.
